Doesnt bother me... Sometime when you travel on business, you get perks. Let them enjoy it, but they need to be on thier A game. :texflag:

"I went to Montgomery Inn," said Peek, who played at the University of Cincinnati and Woodward High School. "I got my ribs on, that's what I was looking forward to the whole week."

Seems to me he should be looking forward to playing football

Absolutley, Texas style ribs are the best. :)

It does not really bother me, because one does or may not know the context. Coming off of his performance it will add fuel to the fire for the Peek naysayers.

I don't see anything wrong with the article. I get the same way over Chico's Pizza when I go 'home'. :)

Must be great food over at the Montgomery Inn...

As a Cincinnatian I can understand Peek's obsession. The Montgomery Inn Ribs are incredible. Many players go there after the games - a little pricey, but it is a cool restaurant.

He probably picked up some Skyline Chili while he was here too. :)

I wouldn't look too into his comment. He was looking forward to coming back to his home town - and like I said, those Ribs are incredible.

That was just a figure of speech. Do you really think he was thinking of the ribs instead of winning the game. I think NOT!!!!!!!!!

You're joking right? You can't possbily be serious with this post. "His first chance to try and show Cincinnati what they passed up", in his mind, and you honestly think the only thing on his mind all week was getting some ribs. Give me a friggin break it's a figure of speech.
