deion vs. boomer

i was reading a thread about commentators and it brought to mind a rant i had from last year. i hated watching the pre game on cbs but i watched it because of nantz. did anyone else hate deion on that show? i also hated boomer, he acted like what he said goes. and the way they would always be fighting with each other back and forth week to week. anyone else have a problem with that? thank god deions not coming back.

I hated both of them on the pregame show. But that wasn't a big stretch for me since I despised both as players.

Really, is there a decent pregame show left? I can only handle Bradshaw in very small doses under clinical supervision. ESPN was once OK. They aren't anymore. Everyone is catering to the lowest common denominator.

I turn on SR610, they dont cover the entire NFL in depth but they cover main topics...

Neon Deion is so into himself. It was a pain to watch him.
Luckily he has seemed to run out of broadcasting places to go on TV....

If he signs on with the Ravens, I'll be looking for someone to knock his conceited block off.

I liked them both.

I am pretty sure the producers encourage them to disagree about things; it keeps the show moving and that's what people tune in to. They don't want 4 sports guys that are sitting there agreeing about everything.

It looks like I was wrong though. It seems Deion is very serious about returning to football.
