Does anyone have the scouting report on this kid?

I know he's playing in a June Jones system. 72% completion is the standout stat. I'm curious to see it live however.

Is he a system QB or does the kid actually have an arm?

I heard someone say if he could guarantee a first round grade he'd come out.

Pros: Extremely accurate to all areas of the field, great field vision, great pocket awareness, makes a lot of plays outside of the pocket with his feet and arm
Cons: Played in the run-n-shoot offense, doesn't have great size, a sidearm release.

if he declares, he'll wind up being a top 15 pick.

He has a strong arm but probably a system QB look at Timmy Chang who was the QB last year, he didn't even get drafted, good arm, fast 4 WRs sets = lots of TDs.
