Only player I really remember saying anything that made any kind of media attention was that one guy who had better hair than football credentials.

I really hope Chester stays. He is one of my favorite Texans and is a true warrior out there on the field.
 
cc brown talked some trash last year saying that the texans locker room wasnt a good team atmosphere... or something along those lines..

I don't think he said that it "wasn't a good team atmosphere". Just not as good as the Giants locker room (which was coming off a SB win and has a much better track record of success than the Texans). Not an insult in the slightest.

Especially when you consider that CC was mostly here during the Capers/Casserly/Carr years.
 
I would like to see him stay but not for a fat contract because of his age. IMO, he should be a Probowler by now.

Its not only the "ones who left",,,alot of "Present" players say the same things,,,
 
On the players speaking badly about the Texans once they leave, most off-seasons, there is some "controversy" on the boards because some writers/reporter/ blogger asks some versus of what is the difference between the Texans and ____ team or why did not the Texans play better or what will it take for the Texans to take the next step.

i want to say that at least five guys answered somewhat truthfully in their eyes, Carr, Gaffney, CC Brown, Faggins and a couple that I am forgetting at the moment A handful of fans got their boxers/panties in a bind because those former players did not paint the Texans as this big happy family that happened to suck on the field.


It is pretty easy to say something negative, for a team that celebrated (or at least recognixed) being over .500 once in eight years.
