how can you blame him for this loss? we stopped being aggressive. blame the coaches. i can't believe the coaching staff doesn't shoulder the blame to give the players a break.

I am not going to consider Carr's performance wether it be pleasant or otherwise until we have a true "Pass protecting" OL. If think we will draft an OT and move Pitts to the other side, then it will hopefully give us pass protection on the outside and run blocking on the inside. Then we might be able to see what Carr is able to do with a new OL, offensive coordinator, and HC. At that point, there will be no excuses for Carr.

Kaiser Toro said:Carr looked very good in the first half or was it the OLine that looked very good and it is just that Carr made plays? I happen to think that the Oline played well and Carr had his best perfromance of his career in the first half.
Yes Davis had only 70+ yards rushing, but would we be gloating about Carr as much if Davis did not make a great catch and run for the second TD of the game?

The stupid Rams DC had a DE in coverage on Dom. As they say in the beer commercial...."Brilliant!" Carr had his best game since the Viking game so he has shown he can play well against pitiful defenses. I thought it was encouraging but the bottom line was only one QB walked off the field with a win on his last drive. Too bad it wasn't our guy that found a way to secure the walk off TD.Kaiser Toro said:Carr looked very good in the first half or was it the OLine that looked very good and it is just that Carr made plays? You seriously can't blame Carr for the onside kick and 2 scores against our defense. Sure the offense could have done a better job of getting past the 50, but the defense is clearly to blame for this loss. Throwing 300 yards with 3 TD's and 1 int is hardly anything to critique at this point. It's becoming blatantly clear that even when Carr does great people just can't seem let it go and can't actually determine what our problems really are. It's a team game, replacing Carr would be like replace a nut in the system when there is a gapping hole that needs to be repaired.Vinny said:The stupid Rams DC had a DE in coverage on Dom.
