boys and Giants

I hope they put in Stephen McGee. It might be the first time in over a decade that an Texas A&M QB played in the NFL.

In all seriousness, the Giants are lucky they're only playing the Cowboys tonight. They'd be in deep trouble against any team in the NFL playing decent football.

cowboys score..

now they are lining up for 2 points..

I bet they wish they would have kicked that field goal earlier

wierd decision making

If you have only 1 yard to go, why would you give it to Kitna, a guy who has been at least 5-10 yards off on more than a few throws?

THey got it, but what weird play calling

Geeez. The Giants are the worst team in Week 7 EXCEPT for these bitches they're playing. (well, not really, just making a point)

I feel bad for the Cowboys. Losing your starting QB, especially when you are still in the game is tough. Now they are 1-5 with Kitna as their starter :gun:.

Shut yo mouf!!! Don't bring that crying around here! The only thing we hate more than cowgurl fan is tinnbred fan! You don't wanna go there!

We was spekin' about what?

hmmmm if you ever wonder about Karma..,let this be a reminder

DO NOT F@#%$% WITH RELIANT STADIUM TAILGATING.

Cowboy fan you act like an ass when you win....it comes back to bite you in the end......

Damn young 'uns.

Haha, well I don't have nearly as much hate for the 'boys as some of you guys do. I hate the arrogant fans who tout the Cowboys as "America's Team", and I definitely hate most of the Cowboys fans here in California...but I've run across quite a few decent Cowboys fans to know not all of them are annoying little ****s :D.

LOL, the radio hosts and the fans calling in are just now saying "maybe we just aren't that good"...."we don't have the most talent in the league". It took you reaching 1-5 to realize that?

We didn't just lose, we got utterly decimated

well apparently the blind squirl found an acorn on that day

let me ask you all...at this time ...what would be more valuable to you?
A texans win against the boys and the boys rebound to go to superbowl?

or how it is unravelling now?

of course a win would have been preferred but it is kinda taking the edge off that loss.

it feels so good to watch dallas Crumble AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah

Man we just got to make the SUperbowl image the HOUSTON texans up in dallas in the SB

Pfff i dont think texans tailgating curses Teams if anything dallas cursed us now our tailgating is Pay only LOL and half of what it used to be

For all the Cowboy fans saying Dallas was the Texans Super Bowl I believe it was the other way around. That's been said before but with each Dallas loss it rings more true.

Dallas did not kill us we were only down by 7 points late in the 3rd !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well that was fun. I just had a party with several of my Cowboys friends over. I had my Brandon Jacobs jersey on and was taking crap for about a quarter. Despite the Giants just giving away points I never really was worried about the outcome of the game because it was obvious who the better team was. If the Giants can stop giving away points and play 60 minutes they are going to be pretty good.

I don't know what is worse, the fact you have Cowboy fans you actually call friends, or jersey remark.

So tell the truth, how many of them started talking comeback crap at the end of the game when they onside kicked it and almost got it back?

rep ya if I could. I also miss the input that WWJD, Frog & Starstruck brought to this board. Hopefully, the will rejoin us soon.

Yeah, it's ****ed up that things got so ugly between fans of the 'Gurls v. us Texans Studs..................... and it got ugly!!!! ThAT JUST AIN'T RIGHT!!

LOL ... nah, they gave up in the 3rd quarter. For some reason when I watch the Giants I don't get the same "shoe is going to drop" feeling I do when I watch the Texans. I was concerned that they were slacking off at the end however if the Cowboys would have gotten that ball back the Giants would have just shut them down.

BTW, most everyone I know here in Austin are Cowboys fans. Watching the Giants beat down the Cowboys with them is becoming an annual tradition. I look forward to it every season. :)

And that is why rookie RBs should not get thrown out there unless they are competent at pass blocking.

Yeah, all you guys who wonder why free agent RBs spend the season on practice squads, stop wondering . . . OK?

Not only do I support this, well....... I support this!!!!! God love a bunch of killing the Cowboys and that terrible ass stadium!!! Seriously Cowboy fan, you need to admit that that was a terrible stadium!!! Anything less is being disingenuous!!! Just saying!

WOW!! I'm glad I drove my ass off to see G-n-R and INXS in that POS stadium!! That was awesome!!!

I was there! IIRC, Iggy Pop, Ziggy Marley, and the Smithereens (?...or was it the Smiths...) played that show, as well. Axl got mad and stormed off the stage before they completed their set, which really sucked.

I got to meet Slash and Stephen Adler later than night after a really wild ride down Dallas freeways chasing their limos. My buddy 'hood surfed' the top of my van trying to get their attention, and we followed them all the way to the big Double Tree hotel (or was it Four Seasons...?). The security guard told us "punk kids" to get out of there, but Slash was really cool and told the guy to bug off, we're his fans. He signed my van and hung out for about 15 minutes before heading to his room. Very cool guy and much respect.

It was the Smithereens!

Awesome story about Slash!! I always kinda figured him to be a cool cat! Axl on the other hand, is an asshat. Do you remember what he yelled to the fans as he ***** pranced off stage?

I remember him yelling something but can't recall the specifics. :um:

I'll try to post up some pics of that van. It was a white cargo van that I inherited, put a new engine in, and about a week later took off to Dallas. We spry painted "Guns & Roses was here" on the sides, "Why don't you just **** off" on the top" and we drove around that stadium several dozen times before the show (we got to the stadium at about 7:00 a.m., so we had a LOT of time to kill). When we got back, my pops got so freaked out about that spray paint and getting harassed by the cops that he paid for a cheap Fact-O-Bake paint job for it. We looked for GnR's hotel before the show, but obviously it was nowhere near the stadium. We did find Ziggy Marley's band and smoked something funny with them. Very cool cats, as well.

There's more to the story of that night, but due to fuzzy memory and/or the statute of limitations, I shall refrain from elaborating. :D

Cool story. Memories there!

I was there and it was great ... Seeing a lot of the Boys fans leaving early in the 4th qtr. reminded me what Reliant looked like when the so called fans started leaving when Dallas was thumping us. There were a lot of us Giants fans there as if it was our house, it was great.. I just wish I had a picture of it to show them when they mocked us at the way Reliant looked when they were beating us.. Double standard??
But I will say this, the tailgating there is lame, but the fans that do tailgate are pretty cool.. I did not encounter any problems, and there were groups of NY fans there as well and there didn't seem to be any problems with those poeple either. I guess when your season is in the crapper, you can't talk any smack, as I never got any walking in OR out.. Silence is priceless !!
