My opinion of Vrabel is he rode the success of Derrick Henry similar to Mike McCarthy rode Aaron Rodgers. I don’t see a genius trait that you would see out of a Shannhan, Reid, LaFluer, etc. More of a manager that needs retread OC and DC.

This is where I'm at on Vrabel. What was his record against the Texans? I haven't looked it up nor do I know right now, but I'm guessing it wasn't real good.

EDIT - Vrabel was 6 and 6 against the Texans

He's a good LB coach but sucked here as a DC.

Raiders fire Pierce; Telesco stays GM, per source

The Raiders fired Antonio Pierce after his first full season as head coach Tuesday, the team announced, but are retaining Tom Telesco as general manager, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Well @steelbtexan. Our back and forth lasted almost as long as Carthon's tenure. He was fired today. What's interesting is he hired an assistant GM (Chad Brinker) who got promoted to President of Football Operations within a year and now will lead the search for a new HC and have final authority over football decisions. Now that is some dysfunctional, backstabbing with an Easterby vibe.
