The Buffalo Bills fired Coach Rex Ryan, one game shy of his second full season with the team.

The move has been the subject of whispers for weeks and comes after the Bills fell to 7-8 with a 34-31 overtime loss to the Miami Dolphins on Saturday.

The Bills announced the move Tuesday morning, saying Ryan had been relieved of duties and that offensive coordinator Anthony Lynn will coach the team in the regular season finale Sunday against the New York Jets. The team also fired Ryan’s twin, Rob, as the defensive coordinator.

I almost felt sorry for the guy when he was explaining only have 10 men on the field for Ajayi's long run in OT.
 
Rex really screwed himself from the minute he took this job. He was a complete moron for taking the Bills job knowing that it would likely be his 2nd failed job. Obviously, he didn't see it that way when he took it, but he had a lot of interest from other teams. ATL being one of them, and look at ATL now. All they needed at the time was a better defense since their main skill players were already in place. It was a great destination for Rex, and his dumbass went to Buffalo who had the exact same team that the Jets had when he got fired. Lol!

Guess he'll have to be a DC somewhere now or he'll become a tv guy which is likely better for him now. He could get paid pretty well for his personality.
 
Those who thought the Texans where a dumpster fire, look no closer to the Bills organization. Things could be so much worse for us.

Owner calls a staff meeting.
"If your last name is Ryan, raise your hand"
Rex and Rob look at each other and slowly raise their...
YOU'RE FIRED!
 
He & his bum ass bro just needs to disappear...Dude got 2 HC gigs off the strength of his dads name...His brother got all kinds of DC gigs off the strength of his pops name and his brother's unexplainable popularity.

Don't forget that Rex got a tattoo of his wife wearing a Sanchez jersey. Got it darkened to be Bills blue when he landed the Buffalo gig. Guess Oakland, Baltimore, and Minnesota are his next options.
