I don't think anyone is expecting anything this year.

I vowed not to care or post until buttchin was fired after trading Nuuk. The McNairs let this moron waste JJ's career, stunt Deshaun's growth and set this franchise back 3-5 years with his boneheaded moves. Better late than never. Now we have been given a breath of life and hope. The first thing we need to is hire a GM. Wish Texian would post the list of up and coming personnel executives ready to make the jump. Eliot Wolf is one that I remember he posted and is still available. TexansFight plan of action:
1. Hire Eliot Wolf as GM right now
2. Name Lincoln Riley, Joe Brady and Eric Bienemy as the targets and do whatever you have to do get them.
3. Interview all 3. Joe Brady and Bienemy can be interviewed now and can jump to a head coaching position this season with the new rules the NFL adopted.
