She had a stroke and is in the hospital FILO Doc just called. The will be keeping her for the next couple days this thread is for our great friends FILO Doc and FILOgirl. I will keep you all posted get well soon Carrie.

Carrie, get well soon. Doc, we are all praying for her and please let us know if we can do anything.
 
She is responsible for my first ever training camp attendance, in 2003. She graciously gave me a couple of the tickets she had gotten from JCPenney, and even drove out to meet me and deliver them.

Praying for her speedy and full recovery.
 
I want to thank eveyone for their prayers and thoughts.. Y'all don't know how much it means to us. Being a couple of transplants from Washington state since 1999 we have met alot of great fans and friends from Houston and throughout the nation because of this board and the TEXANS.

I am happy and excited to report that as of 6:30 tonight it has been confirmed that my beloved wife and companion will make a full recovery the Doctors think she will be a hundred percent as long as her time with me is limited. :kingkong: After all if she can put up with me for 14 or 15 or 16 years ( I don't know how long we have been married and am to scared to ask) I know she is not going to let me get out this easy. (ya gotta love me babe) I was going to say (*****) but I know I would have gotten bad rep because they don't know our sign off on the phone.

I love you and miss you

Thank God ............................. Just saw this and was scared out of my mind. That is until I read this part,

My thoughts and Prayers are still with yall and always will be to those I respect and know are such nice and wonderful caring people.
 
I blame the Titans. For had they not lost I fear this wouldn't have happened. Get better FILO. Us over at goTitans.com look forward to hearing from you again.
 
Just caught the thread Doc, been at work! Sounds like a great prognosis Carrie, and I will definitley be praying for you to have a speedy recovery. You've got my number if ya need anything at all.

That sucks...my dad had a similar situation over the weekend but it turned out to be periphal vertigo..had all the signs of the stroke ...and he was taken to the hospital. Fortunately he didnt have a stroke but when that happens it is scary. I understand what they are going through and I wish tem the best.

I just met them last time I was there. They are great people.
 
WOW...I just got my computer back up and running and this is the first thing I ran across!!!! She just gave me her jello shot receipe a couple days ago :tiphat:. Doc was she watching the new "Storm Chaser" episodes when this happened?

I think the win on Sunday had a lot to do with it, or even more having to live with me all these years surly is going to place a strain on anyone's brain.:scarygirl:

I am here, lots of things are affected and I am not the girl I used to be...but I made it. Yes, I am very young to have this happen...but there is no definitive age for this really.
Thanks for the best wishes and prayers, I will need them in the coming weeks/months. I was tailgating when it hit...Doc said I had it because we had 4 wins in a row, he may be right!
Keep him in your thoughts...WonderDoc should be his name.
