Best and worst drafts of 2021

Killed it -Detroit Lions

The Lions finally look like they have a plan. Build from the inside out. Franchise LT. The 2nd best 3-tech in the draft. And the best NT in the draft. Then, outstanding value the rest of the way. The new Lions GM seems to get it. I see good things for Detroit in the future.

What were they thinking - Indianapolis Colts

Kwity Paye should be an OK pass rusher. Not a superstar, but solid. But, this team needed a LT. As of now, their depth chart at LT is a Charger castoff and Julie'n Davenport. Yes, that Julie'n Davenport.

The Colts pick in the 2nd round ripped his achilles in January. The rest of their picks have the look of 7th rounders and UDFAs. I've always respected Chris Ballard's drafts. But, WTH was he thinking with this draft?

Agree the Lions draft is a bit of a shock, something we are not familiar with. Love Me some Dan Campbell.
