At least we aren't getting embarassed on National TV

Everything on the field is pretty embarassing. You can almost see the pink slip in Capers and Casserly's eyes.

Is it me or does Pendry look a lot like Alan Alda from the TV Show M*A*S*H.

But seriously....I want to thank the fans. Watching the game on TV, I see a crowd that is loud and proud and has shown up in force and is doing a great job of representing the city and team. Our team may suck but our fans are great.

I must need to clean my contacts. I saw empty seats and bored fans.

Texan fans deserve much better.

Early in the game, when the Texans were still showing signs of life, the fans were loud and proud. Then they had it beaten out of them. As for the seats being empty, I can tell you, at least 30% of the stadium stood up and filed out when Capers made the FG decision with about 45 seconds left in the 3rd quarter. It was sadly amusing. People had been trickling out before then (hey, it was 31-14 and our team is not known for scoring in the 30s), but that decision opened the exiit gates.

Too bad. Fans pay alot for their seats and deserve a competitive team. The Chiefs aren't even considered to have as strong a team as they've had in the past...well I shouldn't say that because I don't know that for a fact...let me just say I never hear them mentioned as an AFC powerhouse.

I never expected the Texans to have such a poor season.

How do you think the rest of us fans feel? And then to be embarassed twice in Primetime??!!!! I can already hear the jeering at work tomorrow. *sigh

Well I wasn't saying I was the only one that felt that way.....I really thought the Texans had turned a corner and would be competitive with the rest of the division. I never saw this coming. I can see this player or that player taking a step back but the WHOLE TEAM has. The coaches can't coach, the players aren't playing to their potential and it's just been awful.

When i first got to reliant me and my buddies were in shock of how empty the stadium was it must of been 75% and im being generous may be less i cant see the owner putting up with this for another year. i was surprised on the way home how even on 610 the announcers were saying how awfull carr is and how bad of a move it would be to give the face of the franchise any kind of bonus and i consider them the biggest homers ever what gives?:tv:

I'm really disappointed at the Texans performance tonight. This is a game that I thought that we would win. Since the game wasn't until 7:30 I made the drive to Dallas to see the Boys, and left really upbeat and thinking I would see a two victories in the same day by my two favorite teams.

When I got into the stadium, we were down by three, then 10 but then the Texans came back strong and things were really looking up. Only, from then things just seemed to go downhill fast. I really felt bad for the team because the boos were unmerciful when they were leaving for the dressing room at half time.

What's happening? Has the team quit on the coaching staff? We have many of the same players as last year, but something has gone terribly wrong. I hung in there until the game was over, naturally, but for most of the second half I was dazed and confused.
