Are we picking 9th?

I'm not sure how they pick between teams with the same record, but we have the better division and conference record of the other 2 6-10 teams, which would put us at 9th in the draft.

here's how the Texans will draft: They will be rotating with Minnesota and Miami, who also finished 6-10. The Texans will have the eighth pick in the first round, seventh pick in the second round, ninth in the third round, eighth in the fourth, seventh in the fifth, ninth in the sixth and eighth in the seventh.

No, we pick 8th, 1st round ties go on strength of schedule first.
