The Saints just released Michael Haynes, DE out of Penn State. He was pretty highly regarded coming into the NFL, was the 14th overall pick in 2003 (2nd DE selected) , but hasn't done hardly anything so far. If we still need DL depth, I bet we could get him cheap.

Had six tackles, one tackle for loss and half a sack in '99; 31-7-6 in 2000; and 41-11-4 in '01.
