I have put together a league with several friends but am 3 spots short at the moment.

I have a draft of the by-laws, but nothing is concrete. It is a PPR league with 1 devy spot. Looking at $100 dues right now.

It would start soon after we fill up spots. It'd have to happen soon though, because dynasty drafts normally take a few weeks.
