The Colts are evidently not feeling real comfortable with having only Hasselbeck as the only active healthy QB on the 53 man roster in light of Luck's indeterminable absence. They have approached Jason Campbell to back up Hasselbeck.........he declined the request.

They have to make those designed runs look like break downs in protection so teams won't game plan for them.

My thoughts, as well, about Hasselbeck .

And on Mariota, I think he has the potential to be a solid QB. People are writing in a W for the Titans game, but I'm not so sure if Mariota is out there. The Texans would have to show us something that we have not seen in 8 games so far.

I don't write in any W's with this team in it's current state. Remember back in the
2-14 season when everyone wrote in W's when the Texans played the Jaguars? The Jaguars won both of those games.

This current team is not better than that 2-14 team in terms of talent or coaching.
