All Texans pre-season games will air in Austin!

To go along with HookinRed's post about the regular season KEYE games in Austin, I've also been able to confirm that KNVA in Austin (the CW affiliate) will be showing the three pre-season Texans game - with the one of course being shown on ESPN MNF against the Vikings.

So that's good news.
 
I'm bumping this because I see people are wondering why KEYE isn't showing the preseason game against the Chiefs.

KEYE is not showing any preseason games. All three non-ESPN preseason games will air on the Austin CW affiliate.

I figured that is what was going to happen...that's been the case in the past I believe.
 
I've exchanged email with a programming person at CW, and they have confirmed they will show the Chiefs, Saints, and Bucs games. The Chiefs game is already on the guide and everything.
 
The CW even has an HD station on Time Warner in Austin... but that doesn't mean the game will be SHOT in HD... I guess we'll have to wait until the game to find out if it will be in HD.
 
Anyone know when they will show The Texans on NFL Network during preseason? I want to watch that KC game again.
