Ross had walked in the restaurant and sat down. Police were called when a waitress at the restaurant reported hearing Ross ask "Where's the money at?" and thought it was an attempted robbery.

Police approached Ross outside the restaurant and found him disoriented and unsure of where he was.

They described Ross as "very polite" and say there was no evidence of alcohol or drugs. No charges would be filed.

Word around Austin is that he fell asleep while driving and got into a wreck. He's still expected to play in the Alamo Bowl.
