2025 Post 2nd Day Texan Mock Draft

So decided to post this mock without anymore moved (Tytus Howard could be moved with this haul). Or any other free agent moves like picking up OG Kevin Zeitler. Imagining doing this in conjunction with other posters here, like Steebtexan, Lucky, Badboy, Thunderkyss, JB, OptimisticTexan, The RealJokerV2, etc, only one player was my personal crush, Bhayshul Tuten, and also according to PFF biggest reach. Both his tape, speed and agility have been confirmed @ Combine & his career Virginia Tech. What drew my attention was his ability to pass protect during Senior Bowl practices. He planted, everyone from safeties, LB’s and even a defensive lineman. That’s swarm, hence should be on DeMeco’s radar.

Would love it if the draft fell this way. Doubt Jackson makes it to 2.58

But I wouldn’t be opposed to taking him at 1.25 either. Not focused in on a LT only. Best OL available, just get good OL on this team and let the competition sort itself out.

Tate Ratledge has old school junk yard dog feel about him, would turn into immediate starting RG. He’s Cody Stoots draft crush, love mullet look and if drafted by the Texans promising to grow one himself, priceless.

Seriously though looked great during all drills, good hand placement, lateral movement and footwork.

I’ve got Pierce as the answer at LT. Dude is a monster and plays LT with a nasty streak….at that size, pretty scary.

Great answer at TE, WR, DE, SS, and RB. All good answers for areas of need.

I really like Loveland, but he's going in rd 1 or early rd 2 at the latest. You're right about Taylor though, he's a 10 yr starter and there's a good chance he could be there at 2-58.

I would be so happy if the draft fell like your mock. 4 long time starters and full of playmakers on the offensive side of the ball.

Tried like hell to pull tape from Senior Bowl drills for RB’s picking up blitz, but guess you have to watch entire practice to catch Tuten shine in drills. This will have to suffice but not entirely why I love this prospect.
