That's what I oringally thought. But this link suggests the Panthers.
-----But now that I think about, it would make sense that the AFC and NFC teams would play each other in an extra 17th game. Each team would play the corresponding team that finished in the same place in their respective divisions. In that case, the 17th game for the AFC South would be as follows:
Titans-Saints
Colts-Buccaneers
Texans-Panthers
Jaguars-Falcons.
That way all eight divisions play even.
The AFC South still plays the NFC West next season but the extra game would have be another NFC opponent from another division. This will be true for all divisions,
