2021 FA Targets

I am interested in seeing what others think. In 2021 a season where few see us having much success I think I would rather go with much younger players that are undrafted free agents or younger vets that may not generate high-dollar elsewhere but could b3 a diamond.

If I were the Texans my only target would be money, accumulate as much as possible for the cap. Looking at the article, those guys seem like they would expensive.

Yes, William Jackson would be a nice get. It doesn’t matter what type of defense the Texans run in 2021. They’ll need better corners.

I'm thinking Jackson/Roby and a 3rd rd drafted CB and the secondary would look a whole lot better.

William Jackson would be my #1 target

Also cheap vet LB's Williamsom/Anzaleone (SP?)

I would cut whoever I needed to to be able to get these guys. N.Martin/The RB Johnson's/Let WFV walk/McKinney/every CB or S not named Roby/Reid.
Curious if we will have enough to get him?

You think he's worth a Robey 10 million dollars next season? He allowed 35 catches on 67 targets. 72 PFF.

Yes, Cincy has a worse pass rush than the Texans do. Along with being very pourous in the run game. They need massive upgrades on the DL and at the S positions.

A guy I would consider late day three or UDFA if he falls.

Camerun Peoples running back for Appalachian State 6'1 210. When I look at guys from small schools or division two I want to see a man among boys and here is one. In the recent bowl game versus North Texas ST: 23 carries for 319 yards and 5 TDs.
2020 168/1124 @ 6.7 per with 12 TDs and 3 receptions for 15 yards. Not much here but from research it seems offensive scheme has good receivers.

He did blow an ACL in 2019 opener after rushing three times for 23 yards.

That's a guy that many may decide to wait until he's an UDFA to make a play on.....it would be nice to see the Texans come away with a guy like this as an UDFA.
