Did you ever think we'd get two 2nd round picks for our first?

Or are you saying no one will want to move from the second round into the first?

Because I don't think we ever intended to move from the first to the third round.

Someone would have to give us a second along with some other stuff for us to move down.
 
There are some dumb ass picks going on in this draft! Man, this going to be known as the reach draft. Very, very puzzling moves being made. Floyd to Zona? Sounds good, but how is he going to be productive with the QB on his back? Irvin that high with Ingram, Jones, Upshaw, and Mercilus on the board? Poe that high? Gilmore is very good, but who's going to block for Fitzpatrick? They just lost their starting left tackle to the Eagles. Coples instead of a real pass rusher? There are some bad, bad moves being made right now.

What? Really?:headhurts:Ingram and Upshaw are SEC dawgs who performed against the best of the best, and at a very high level. I don't get how you feel that they are over-rated. Every time I watched Upshaw and Ingram, they got their shine on. I admittedly don't know too much about Jones, but the Seahawks play a 4-3. Jones, not Irvin, is more suited for that defense because of his size. You're going to have to do better than just saying they're all over-rated with no explanation.

Goodell is pimp. He is so fly out there. It's so confusing. The only thing I had going for me, a married 35 year old white guy in Amarillo TX is that I HAD to be more fly than Goodell...and there he goes and is bro hugging and trick shaking like a mo fo tonight.

This is very depressing for me.

I took Glenn for us in a user GM mock on another site. I was surprised he was available but it actually might be possible. If not him, another high quality Olineman will be there.

I didn't retract my statements from yesterday about how we should go with an OL. Some guys put some doubts in my mind, but I didn't bite. And now I am feeling pumped about my gut instinct.

There is some GOOD lineman available. We let Winston w-a-l-k which I think has been THE tell-tale sign that we're targeting a mauler on the line in round 1.

Martin, DeCastro, Rieff, and Cordy Glenn as a consolation prize is my guess(es).

I wanted Irvin, but if he was going to go before us I wanted him to go way before us and he did...
