well Mayock isn't envisioning White as a top quarterback, he's looking at him as an x-factor player who can also throw the ball when ya need him to. the Dolphins are going to use him the way the Titans should've used Vince Young.

also, Charlie Casserly said (so you know it must be true) that Bill Parcells told him last year that he was going to draft White. so i imagine Parcells has been drawing up a ton of plays in the sand for White for a while now. should be exciting
