2007 Mock Draft

one thing for sure is do not plan to work or ingage in any activity which could cause you medical harm when the news reaches you with who the Texans select in the first round (little lone the 1st pick overall) it could cause you serious bodily harm :ouch:

Oh yes!!!!! The next great, game-changing, playmaker to come out of the Steve Spurrier system....

If you actually watched any SC games, maybe evaluating Ko or Joseph, you might have glimpsed at him. He's a freaking stud.

I like the idea of Brady Quinn being the 1st overall pick.

But he also has Indy and Carolina playing in the super bowl with Carolina winning. Un Uh when :pigfly:

Man did you see the OT they have going in the first round, 7 these guys must be high doing a mock draft already I'm still coming down from this years. I hope we are not picking 6th at lease 15th that would be a good year going in to 07 draft.

That is eerily similiar to the 2006 draft...Early on, it was thought that Ferguson, Winston, Justice, Scott, McNeill, Whitworth, and Trueblood all had shots of being first rounders, but we saw how that ended up...

Why do a mock draft so early? Waste of time basically. Anything could happen. Injuries. Teams doing the unthinkable and winning more or losing more then originally forecasted. Players could lose there value. Afterall in 05 who thought Mario Williams would go first in 06? Noone! Stuff changes. At least wait to see how the season ends out lol.

I have been reading GBN for years, I actually think it's a good source of info. But I also remember their very first 2005 mock draft - they predicted that Rod Wright would declare early and be the number one overall pick.

They have the redskins taking Brooks with their first round pick in the supplemental draft, so he is bascially their 1st pick next year.

Please help me. I can be slow sometimes, so be kind. I have gone over this phrase over and over and I can't figure out this part: "little lone".

Where's Mario U from Lousiville at?? I thought he was a pretty good redshirt freshman last year. Looked alot like Plaxico Burress/ Mike Williams.

O I see, I guess I just didn't see anyone actually picking him with their first round pick.

can anyone tell me what this means? I've seen this a couple times but don't understand...thank you a lot.

Patrick Willis , MLB , Mississippi geat choice by us.

also this is early for us predicting for next year...no joke...we're tired of talking about vince and reggie this is just for fun.

As sacreligious as it may sound I've gotta agree with kastofsna. Marshawn Lynch is the BEST RB in college football, he might also be the best back in the last 2 years.

Now, that does not mean I think Peterson sucks; just that I think Lynch is a better player. If Peterson can stay healthy he very well might win the Heismen. It'll be fun to watch these two go at in the fall.

Yeah I am.

:hides: <safety precaution. Lightning ya know?

What makes him better than Reggie Bush? I don't know much about him since I don't really start following the draft until football season starts so I'm just curious about what you think.

He's an everydown back. At 5'11" and 220ish he does not have to line up as a slot receiver or handle return duties to get his touches. He had several gmes with 20+ carries last year (not that I think it is required for a back to have 20+ carries; but some do). Runs really well between the tackles, no injury history. He's not the reciever that Reggie is, but that doesn't mean he can't catch the ball. Is deadly in teh open feild, with the speed to go all the way.

Per the RB highschool highlight video I give you:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3639706798789717725&q=marshawn+lynch

He's the RB in white, #10 (how's that for a bit of irony?)

i have some clips of him on the home computer, i may have to upload those. reminds me of a smaller willis mcgahee. lots of muscle and impossible to bring down, but VERY fast. seriously if mcgahee didn't get hurt he would've been picked #2 in that draft.

Thanks for the info guys, can't wait to watch that video :thumbup

at the end of that high school clip, that was funny. "me being broke as i am", next year he won't be saying that anymore.

that youtube clip, he made stanley wilson look like a fool

Before everyone starts falling in love with Lynch, Justin Forsett also put up impressive numbers at Cal. Maybe it's the system? Maybe they have some good oline prospects?
