Titans on the clock.

titans need a dlineman or wide receiver
id say take bowe or meachem or rice for wide receiver choices
pitcock or spencer(maybe) for d-line
could see them getting Mi. Griffin, S from Texas

With the 19th pick in the 2007 draft, The Tennessee Titans select Paul Posluszny

The Seahawks chose Justin Blaylock.

The pick came down to Blaylock and Meachem. I decided to go with a dominant LG to help replace Hutchison. Meachem was a very tempting choise with his speed, size, and body control, and would be great value here, but Blaylock is just too good an OG to pass up for my team that likes to build the trenches.

Dallas selects Sidney Rice, Wide Receiver from South Carolina.

With the top safeties and offensive linemen gone, the Cowboys look for Terrell Owens eventual replacement. I can't see Parcells and Owen cohabitating another season, and I say Tuna stays & TO goes. Rice might be the youngest player in the draft at 20 years old. The are other good WRs here, but he has the most upside.

Updated. Kansas City & Santo are up.

With the 24th pick, Kansas City selects Wide Receiver Jason Hill from Washington State.

Saints pick 1. Darrelle Revis, CB Pitt . The sAints need help all ove the D. I chose Revis over Timmons because I feel he'll make more of an immediate impact and the sAints pass D is quite a bit overrated.

Pity about the messed up draft order because I would of taken Revis with my pick here for the Jets.....

But given that you have to play the hand your given.... a lot of players from the top of my board have gone already... need a RB and a NT but not sure the value is here for those positions so I will take a player that can make an impact on this defense....

Quentin Moses, DE from Georgia.

Quentin Moses
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 250
Birthdate: November 18, 1983
Hometown: Athens, GA

Pound for pound, Moses is one of the elite athletes in the draft. He has fantastic agility, quickness, and speed on the football field. He has the athletic talent to be a true standout off the edge in the NFL. He is not just an athlete though. He has a great burst off the snap, and once he gets a step on the tackle, is in the backfield to bring down the ball carrier. Moses shows the ability to get after the passer, but has the awareness to see the run play and get to the back.

Shifting to OLB in the 3-4, Moses edge rushing skills get to shine while disguisin his lack of bulk as a DE. Jets get to upgrade from solid to spectacular at one OLB spot.

Philadelphia Eagles select Micheal Griffin--S--Texas.

Reason for pick.
Micheal Lewis lost favor with the Eagles for some reason and will not be back. Quintin Mikell is also a URF and if not resigned, only two Safety's (Dawkins, and Considine) are on the roster.

Getting Griffin at this pick fills a position of need without reaching for someone in later rounds. Great value getting Griffin here.

With the 28th pick in the 2007 NFL Draft, the New England Patriots choose Quinn Pitcock, Defensive Tackle from the Ohio State University.

Can you say 'huge value' pick? This guy has Belichick written all over him. May not be a position of need due to Wilfork and Ty Warren but he is just too good to pick up and those guys will be getting huge Free Agent contracts soon anyways.

I thought REAL hard about him and Timmons. After all our failed experiments with "tweeners", I kind of shied away from it.

I felt that he was the best value on theJets board and the guy that had the most potential to make an impact….

I guess like most draft picks you roll the dice a little…

Nice pick. Thought real hard on him, also. Kinda wish I'd picked him.
