how do yall think the aggies are going to do this year. im hoping this year begins the year that we rise to the top of the big 12 again.

I believe they will have a pretty solid season. They don't have a hard nonconference schedule, i think their biggest game is Clemson. It will get hard at the end of the season with Texas Tech, Oklahoma and Texas back to back to back. I think it will actually come down to Texas and A&M for the Big 12 south and probobly the Big 12. I think Oklahoma lost quite a bit in the offseason but you know how they always reload. I figure by the end of the season the Aggie's will have broken the top 15 and get a pretty solid bowl game.

i think the agg's will build on last years success and in the aforementioned final three game stretch they will finish 2 of 3 (beating tech, and either OU/tu). i think 8-9 wins is expected, and 10 wins isn't out of the question.

This year all depends on how we (I go to A&M) do against OU and TU. Murphy was the best talent that was lost this year, other than that everyone else was easily replaceable. Frans recruits are going to start showing up to play. This should be an exciting season. Reggie and Appel will show that they will be worth first round picks, and the Big 12 North will be demoralized again. I need something to entertain me I am so bored without football. :monkey:

There are 2 big question marks for the A&M team - OL and CB. The OL last year was just average by Big XII standards, but 2 of those starters were freshmen and only one senior was lost on the line. Also Hightower, the best lineman, had missed the previous season due to some sort of infection and was out of shape. Theoretically the freshmen should have much better technique and be stronger/smarter now, and Hightower should be back into playing shape. The other iffy spot is Cornerback. The CB's they have are all freshmen and sophomores... they are talented, but they lack experience. Hopefully they can adjust quickly.

Other than that, the team is pretty solid all the way around.

The DB situtaion has alot to do with size too. We don't have that big mean corner. Jaxson Appel is our hitter but he doesn't have the greatest speed. They recruited a 6 2 saftey thats been compared to Sean Taylor, he's suppose to be the big mean guy that demands the QB's attention. Hopefully Bennet isnt drafted into the NBA and he'll make another fine weapon to Reggie. I see a 8-10 win season, the real test is gonna come at our final three games.
