2024 Draft Talk

There we go…..Caserio finally strikes with a trade up. Got the Eagles pick at 78.

Okay, the Texans select CB/FS- Calen Bullock (USC). Ryans trying to fortify his secondary..
 
Okay, had the trade up called, but got the wrong position. OK Nick package everything else for another trade up and get us the next Madubuike!
 
Like the player, love the position…not wild about the compensation, but if they feel strongly about the guy I’m not going to throw a hissy. But like I always say, if you trade up, give me a guy with real potential, not a jag.

If he’s a long term starter at safety…I’m fine with it.

We hit tackle and secondary tonight guys. Secondary and interior dline were my two biggest areas of concern. Hit one good…the other got no love and no real way to add anyone of note I this draft. I know we can’t address everything…

But DT is now the Weakest spot on the team this year. Going to have to scheme it up and hope for the best. Next year, DT is need #1.

Looks like he's going to get rolled over, but he gives no ground to a dude who's gotta be twice his size.

You that excited about who might have been there at 123? I would think Nick has more than earned the benefit of the doubt.

Also one of the cheapest trade ups we’ve seen tonight

I like Logan Lee a lot as a sleeper pick.

But i waa thinking about DT the other day and i kind of view it like LB. Team is probably going to be in nickel much more than base. Autry is going to get a lot of reps there. Id still like to see a DL added too though.
 
Bullock is my favorite pick so far. I wanted one of the safeties out of dejean, bishop and Bullock...

Bullock fills a huge need on this team. Ward is probably going to get huet at some point but even when healthy i think Bullock will get plenty of snaps. He and Lassiter make me feel real good about this defense now.
