Despite being in midtown, they have really good prices. Don't know about actual specials. If you're hungry, they have GREAT burgers.

Ohhh, I want to go just to get one of those burgers! They are so yummy. I can vouch that they have great prices. I was very surprised at how reasonable they are.

Wonder if I could convince Dante to leave The Woodlands for a change?

MY REVIEW: Horrible Horrible Horrible. I tried this dive for a second time this past wednesday and will never go back. the fries were cold, the burger was soaked in a grease bath. i don't know how this dive managed to win an award for their hamburgers. i would have preferred a double cheeseburger from w*endys! the only nice thing is the porch overlooking downtown, if you don't mind the car exhaust.

MY REVIEW: Brought a large group of out of town friends to this place, and I was never so embarrased by a restaurant in my life. The fries were obviously allowed to get cold, and then re-dunked into the grease to crisp them up into tasteless shells before they served them to my party. The burger patties were dry and tasteless and the sandwiches had obviously been seriously microwaved because a few of us burned our mouths and had to spit our food out. Luckly we warned the others before we all ended up with trips to the emergency room.

Moral of the story: Check your food before you eat it here. When it's busy, things are okay, but they won't hesitate to recycle stale food in the kitchen if they are slow. They just don't care. NEVER AGAIN.

I've never been to Barnaby's. I need to try it!

Glass -- If I remember correctly, Christian's isn't very big. Definitely get a jump on it if you want a table.
 
Just got home. Thank you Yankee and Joe Texan for getting there early and saving such great seats. We had a great time and DeMeco is the man.

Their hamburgers are fantastic!!!
 
Thanks Ryan for posting this event. I had a ball. I will go to the Galleria tomorrow so they can frame my signed jersey...!! So glad that I have a Texan to cheer for when I got to Hawaii.

I secretly wish Dunta was going though.
 
Everybody, 790 said this was the best Demeco show they have had. I know Demeco was excited to see the crowd there just for him. Great showing Texan fans.
 
Sorry I missed it. Shadow has the flu, and I just decided not to face the traffic. Maybe next time. Glad you all had a good time.

G ma you were surely missed also. You would have enjoyed Demeco, he stayed and talked with all the fans after the show, what a classy guy. I am very impressed with all the Stand up guys we have on the Texans.

Kay was a complete lady but If you ask me I think she had a thought of cheating on Dunta last night,JK. We all had a blast thats for sure.
 
Hey how often do these events happen? My dumb self totally forgot about it and I had planned on going. I hope someone posts the next time Demeco does something like this. He is by far my favorite Texan.

It WAS every Tuesday night, but we think they said that was the last one. May want to check 790's website.
