Dolphins vs Texans: Gameday Thread

they started at midfield man.. only greens big run :gun:

Sadly, Trent Green is a better RB than we have on out there right now:texflag:

Maybe everytime Dayne gets the ball, the crowd should chant out BUST! like they do DUECE for Duece in NO, that might get him going.

Green put a block on someone and knocked himself out.

I'm sorry but I find this kind of funny...HEY trent you're the QB you don't need to be throwing around blocks unless you can actually take the punishment!!!....what a dumbass....

good enough for green though.. he cut-block travis (while he wasnt lookin- no wonder he was angry after the play)

WTF TRAVIS, did ya'll see this dumb*** talk trash to Green after he got knock down. Are you a freaken moron, the guy wasn't even moving at all and you still disrespect him

Is this game being broadcast in HD in Houston? It's not in HD on Directv, but at the beginning of the game they said it was in HD.

Praying for Green, hope he is ok

might be classes to some, but I actually think it was funny....Trent "tried" to be the tough guy, but ends up being the guy down on the field.....................I now see why T.J. was mad...he tried to take out his knees......

Thanks, Travis. I've been wondering who was going to step up and replace Antwan Peek for the Defensive Bonehead position.

On the other hand, radio broadcast is stating that Green deliberately went into Travis' legs and cut him helmet-on-knee. Accurate?

seriously im giving travis a break after seeing it on replay- green tried to hurt him

word....that was a cheap shot...I hope he's okay, but like I said I see why T.J. talked **** after the play.

It was completely deliberate. Green was crouching, looking at TJ, and then put his head right in front of his knee.

nice taunting on Trent Green's corpse there.

awful play, awful results. nice block by Ronnie Brown, though.

damnit travis!! personal foul coming

Travis was mad because he got wiped out by that block. But he should have realized that the guy wasn't getting up before he shot off his mouth. The ref threw the flag because of what TJ said, not what he did.

Wait a minute. Green blocks a DT low. The DT gets up a yells something at him and he's the bad guy here? If Green hadn't hurt himself would that have a PF against Travis? Hmm...

EXACTLY......

Two weeks in a row, they have to take someone off on a stretcher. This is getting to be a bit much

yeah i know- thats why i dogged him but after seeing the replay, i can see why he was angry

Doesn't look like Travis's fault from the reply.

An unfortunate series of events. Yeah, it looked like Trent tried to get him low but I doubt he's the kind of guy to try to deliberately injure someone. Small man trying to take out a big man, that's all.

That may be the end of Green, though. That helmet to the earhole may have rung his bell enough to make him hang it up. Especially after what happened last year....

Class act, though. I hate to see that happen to anyone.

Radio crew's describing Green as "completely immobilized." So that's not that different than when the Texans faced Culpepper last year. Leave him in!
