Blue Crew Tailgate-Chiefs game

I am really excited about the Chief's game!

What are we all bringing.

I will be bringing breakfast tacos, beer, fake beer, cokes, water, some form of sausage, cookies, three pop-up tents, six chairs, a table and an extra cooler for extra people.

I hear we may revisit an old tradition of doing a toast complete with Bull Pen Shots!

The Blue Crew is going to rock this year!
 
Water, beer, fajitas, fixin's, chips, dip. Everyone is invited to come sample out fajitas!

Oh yeah, continuing Mike's opponent themed food, we'll be having corn.
 
Not sure what I'm bringing yet, though corn might be in, as well as something that formerly had feathers.....
 
LOTS of stuff!! EARLS of course and about three other varieties of sausage. A big pot of something HOT and spicey. Brownies, cake of some type, dip and chips, the usual drinks, etc. Whatever I decide to cook on a Sat night!

I hope to add an extra table, if I have room, and maybe relieve TED from having to haul my tent and other table around for another year. I'm working on it Ted, I promise.


One thing I'm NOT going to do, is wear red!!!!!!!!:fans: :fans:

I tried to get this started but I see I did not make mention of the Blue Crew.

Need I remind all of you that I am original Blue Crew Baby and My thread

Texans pluck the chiefs tailgate meant us. Maybe I should have said

Texans pluck the chiefs Blue Crew Tailgate. Anyhow I am thinking feathered friends as the more feathers we destroy the less of a Head dress they can make, Chicfilet it is.

It might be Liberty White day Tom, BUT, since the Chiefs are red and white, I think I'll wear blue. Not gonna really matter though. I think the noise is what's gonna shake those Chiefs up. Shadow has a new white Ryan's jersey, and I AIN'T gonna go out and buy him a blue one! lol So, as long as we make it LOUD, it's not gonna really matter.

Sure will miss you BIG!! Just not right not seeing you and Frosty at the tailgate.

Its official...me and cabbageferguson have a blue lot pass...so I guess thats where we will be wandering. I don't know how to find message board people.....but hopefully somebody will steer us in the right direction. Looking forward to a great start of the season

SWT it is very easy .. from the freeway go north on kriby park in blue lot near the barriers. Turn and Look at the buildingswalk to the fence turn left and when you run into the school bus in Plat lot you are there. That entire corner area is where you will see everyone.
 
Anybody have some more thoughts or suggestions as what to have before I go shopping?
 
I could use a new pair of shoes, and some new jeans, and maybe a few more Texans polos, is that what you mean? :)
 
All's done, except the monkey bread, that will be made fresh in about 5 hrs. Gotta load up and head to Reliant about 6:30. Gonna be a LONG but fantastic day!

What a great tailgate!

We had a visit from Sam Spence (writer of NFL films music), Rod Ryan and associates (94.5), Anna Megan Raley (Houston Chorincle.com), swbound07, CabbageFerguson, Shinerbock Girl, Elle, as well as all the regulars. We had a visit from the Bull Pen Pep band (as always) and we had the return of Bull Pen Shots thanks to Bronco Billy.

Man, the food was great but the people were better. To top it all off...WE WON!

On a personal note:Thanks goes out to GMA for the cake and everyone else who helped out.
