Beast From Big D Has Dropped By

As many of you know I do not like what he is doing with the LT position. Again, I believe Wand should have returned given our current situation, but I also stated I didn't think that would happen and it hasn't so far. The Dallas D is way above average with a coach who knows how to coach it. Parcells wins a lot of games he shouldn't. I have also stated I don't like him, but I wouldn't bet against the man either.
Do you really think Wand would do better against Ware?? Salaam wasn't any of our first choices, but the man is playing as good, if not better than any LT we've ever had. None of us have any reason to believe Wand would be doing any better.

It has taken our coaching staff 4 games to realize that our only hope is to apply pressure to the other QB. Many people on this board have been screaming about pressure to no avail.
Stop it...... you sound like a woman...

If you'll remember, we applied pressure in the preseason, and got beat. MarcBulger looked like PeytonManning. & contrary to what many are saying, it's not because we aren't getting pressure, it's because our coverage sucks. get a stop watch, and rewatch the games. no one will ever say 2.5 seconds is too long to let a QB hold the ball. The only reason we got Culpepper, was because he was the first QB we've faced who held the ball too long.

We get good pressure on the QB, against McNabb, Against Peyton, & Against Brunnell with our front four. We dropped 7 into coverage, and couldn't maintain for 2.5 seconds.

Finally they do apply pressure against a sub par team and we barely win. I thought that the coaching staff of this team was a big improvement over the previous administration and I was very vocal about it. I no longer think that way based on what I have seen. Kubiak does not really adjust to the game any better than Capers.
what part of we are a sub-par team do you not understand??

Eagles game, If I remember correctly we were a step or two away of getting to McNabb

You may own some Lombardi Trophies, but we own Texas. That is what Texans do.

This ain't our Super Bowl, just a step along the way, a measuring stick if you will, as we prepare for our playoff run in 2007. Do not kid yourself, you will need this win more than us which is not a safe place to be for an unstable team.

That is true, according to DPS there are more CUSTOM Texan liscence plates than there are Cowboys lol

OWNED!

Whoa dude, chill out a little. Didnt know yall were so touchy over here. I guess blowing the 1st pick and multiple losing seasons will do that to a fan. Just having some fun with yall, dont get your panties in a bunch.

Coming to a 2-14 teams message to "trash" talk? Real bright there buddy. Making multilple threads about nothing, even brighter. What else would we expect from a Cowboys fan though?

Remember your own history dude:

6 years before a winning season

Worst records in franchise history:
1960 0-11-1 (We managed to win atleast 2 games year)
1989 1-15
1988 3-13
1963 4-10
1961 4-9
1962 5-8
2002 5-11
2001 5-11
2000 5-11

Losing to an expansion team twice: us and the Panthers

How did that Joey Galloway for Shaun Alexander trade work out for you guys?

Plenty of skeletons in your closet....and we didnt even go into the drugs, guns, and brothel escapes of your beloved championship teams.

BTW - How's Henson, Glenn, Coleman, and Ryans working for you guys? HaHaHa

you do know bledsoe's been sacked only 3 times this year right??

You don't have to sack Bledsoe to turn him into a quivering mass of mistakes, just pressure him and he buckles.

Bledsoe is good for at least one crippling interception per game, and every Cowboys fan, behind their false bravado and repetitive bluster, knows that.

Enjoy your loss tomorrow, Cowgirls.

You talk up your "much improved" defense but your defense lost to the Offensive Juggernaught Jaguars. What happened there?!

I see a Cowboys fan didn't fail to bring up Super Bowl Trophies as an argument. Typical... maybe your team should actually make the playoffs this century before you are allowed to talk anymore smack, Cowpuke fans?

2. 19-10 keeps getting referenced---wasnt that like 4 years ago? Almost all those players and coaches have been gone for a while now, that loss cost Campo his job, so in a way I am thankful yall won that game. However, that is now ancient history.

If our win 19-10 is history, then surely your championships are history, too.

How, how do you all feel about loosing Shaun Alexander a while back. And Mario Williams was a bad move...

Go kill somebody, do some drugs, or have some brothel escapes (don't all championship teams do this?).

Was that Bledsoe looking like a quivering mass of mistakes that threw that pretty pass to RoyWilliams to give the game away last november?? no, I think that was McNumbnutts..... with his "sports hernia". I guess "sports hernia" impairs your vision, because there wasn't anybody else any where near that ball. you had the game won, it was yours. All you had to do was run the clock out..... but oh yeah, you didn't have a running game. & you still don't have a running game.

& before you bring up that "ass whup'n" you gave us, 481 yards, and all you got was 24 points, and a stretched hammy. At least when Indy got their 500, & Washington got their 500, it showed up in points. You go up against Dallas, and mismanage a game like that, you're going to get whupped at home.

quit drinking that cheap beer turd fan and get correct.
we got scoreboard until that cup leaves Houston, and Houston hasn't lost to dem Boys as of yet.
Dallas is better on paper, but as most pegan fans know , Leadfoot can be hit.
That oline of yours is one injury away from a sub par season.
Peek will be back by then, you'll see hell break loose in lil d.
T.O will be in the mist of his next distraction, what's nect...cross dressing?
The eagles will marinade that tuna defence for Carr and the Tru Texans.

your right about one thing....it's not a rivalry, it's bigger!
It's about Texas!:redtowel:
until then....
Nuff Said!

Apparently this game is yalls Superbowl......a non-conference regular season game against a team you have not played in 4 yrs is actually your "SuperBowl":yikes:

Beast, say what you will... of course 19-10 bothers you, and you obviously consider this a big game against your 'non'rivals.
That's why you're here... That's why you're trolling our message board.

How lame. Bring up 9 frustrating seasons out of the Cowboy's All-Time best NFL winning percetage.. Funny how after those six straight losing seasons you forget to mention, the Boys' went on a 20 season win streak, then six years later go on and start winning Super Bowls with the triplets.

I also don't understand why you mention the Cowboy's worst seasons of franchise history, while the Texans have already eclipsed a third of those marks.

Aaron Glenn has done quite well in Dallas. Why you mention him in a point of argument is beyond my understandings.. He's done everything we've asked him to do-- be a solid nickleback, and a reliable third-stringer if TNew or Anthony Henry goes down. He's already had one interception this season (more than Sanders and Dunta Robinson), as well as four interceptions last season-- all of which coming in critical games.

I'm looking forward to seeing what Coleman can do. At Houston he was your starter, at Dallas he's nothing more than a back-up (kinda shows the difference in talent level between our teams), even before his suspension.

So what did the Texans do with that extra fourth-rounder from Henson? Traded that with another four other picks for a late first rounder selection of Jason Babin.. And from looking at his stats, I can't tell if he's even starting this season-- three tackles, two assists.. but you never know with the Texans.

Who's Ryans?

Where are you getting that the Cowboys lost Sean Alexander? We traded two first rounders for Joey, the 19th picks was used for Shaun Alexander. Does that mean the Cowboys would draft Alexander? Not really.. the Cowboys weren't exactly ready to replace their finest RB in NFL History, a couple of seasons away from gaining the all-time yardage leadership. Plus, he was coming off another playoff, 1,397 , 13 TD season. My money is the Cowboys would NOT draft Alexander, along with the 18 teams who drafted beforehand.

Ya know, the biggest thing that hits me when it comes to Dallas fans is their insecurity. All they ever seem to do is bang the championship drum and that's really all they have to cling to. Sure, we all want to have those rings but Dallas seems to have the only fans that just dwell on it nonstop. Have never seen a Pittsburg fan like that, even after we beat them in our first season. None of them ever said "It doesn't matter cause we have more championships than you". They lost and they accepted it, they hated it, but they accepted it.

Dallas fans on the other hand always seem to cling to the past, kinda like Al Bundy and his 4 touchdown game for Polk High. Sure it's great, but it's the past. The only thing that matters is what's going on in the league right now. Besides, to tell Texan fans that the win is irrellevent just because you have championships from years before our team was even thought of is just lame and a big reach.

To me things are looking really good for the Texans right now, I just wish this game was later in the season, maybe week 10 instead of 6. I hope Dallas writes us off again just like last time, their ego I think will almost guarantee it. I think I want the Texans to win this one even more so than I did the first time cause it will be a complete mind**** to all the Dallas fans, and you may just see Jerry have a complete breakdown on the sideline. It would be 0-2 against the Texans, but I'm sure we would still hear the same song and dance.

Polk High, 4 touchdowns, live it, love it, cling to it because it's all that you have.

If there's anything insecure.. it's Texan fans. All the rest of the NFL and especially you guys have done is hate the Cowboys. Hate them with a passion, start websites like-- dallassucks.net, or countless other Dallas ragging websites. You know where that hate comes from? Insecurity. Cowboy fans enjoy the Texans.. I haven't met one Cowboy fan who does not like the Cowboys, most enjoy watching your Boys down south.. On the other-hand over here, there's nothing but animosity toward Big D.

Cowboy fans have a sense of respect for the past, as well as a positive attitude about the future, and let me tell you, nothing you've seen from Cowboy fans is comparable to what I see over here.. Sure we admire our highest winning percantage, our unprecented winning percantage, our record Super Bowl appearances, our 5 Rings, our most playoff apperances, our legends in Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, Michael Irvin, Roger Staubach, Tom Landry, but at least it's more than a game. The Texans are quite possibly the only team that still talks of a regular season game victory vs. a 5-11 team as they're greatest victory ever. It's quite sad actually that this is what its come down down to for this franchise, but it's the truth. If clinging on to a single game vs. a team overlooking an expansion one evening, then you guys are the only insecure ones.

It's also quiet sad that this years GREAT Dallas Cowboy fans are at a 3-17 (out of the last 20 games) teams website and ignoring the Giant Eagle thats in their face right now. Whats the matter, the Eagles fan wouldn't let you play on their site?

And if you could read, you would see that this post was not directed at you. Your Cowboys buddy wants to talk about blowing picks and having losing seasons, well look in the mirror first. Galloway for 2 1st round picks, one of which ended up being a future NFL MVP. So don't come here talking about Mario being a horrible pick, he's played all of 4 games for us. Galloway is now in Tampa for you guys and those 2 first round picks are in Seattle playing in last year's Superbowl.

Hey gents, Beast is here now.

Just got back from the Tenn game (well it was more like a scrimmage for us!). We would have dropped 50 on that high school team if Tuna would not have called the dogs off in the 4th.

I have checked out several threads here and you guys are totally delusional thinking yall have any chance against us. Consider the following.

1. Defense: Yall let Brunell complete like 200 passes in a row, freaking amazing? If you checked out our game with the skins, we made Brunell look like a rookie. Your boy "super mario" has like what, 1.5 sacks on the year? Yea, I would have passed on Reggie Bush for that myself!

2. 19-10 keeps getting referenced---wasnt that like 4 years ago? Almost all those players and coaches have been gone for a while now, that loss cost Campo his job, so in a way I am thankful yall won that game. However, that is now ancient history.

3. I keep hearing how this is a Rivalry game? I hate to break the news to yall, but this is a very one sided rivalry. Most Boyz fans think of Washington, Philly, or the Giants as rivals, not a team we have played one time 4 years ago. Shouldnt you guys be more concerned with a division opponent, lets say......the Colts maybe?

Basically, you guys will be doing alot of this next Sunday:crying: :crying:

Now, I don't wanna ever see another "Why do the Houston fan's Hate the cowpokes so much ?" thread. Once an anus always an anus, I say. Thanks for the love cow pokes fan. We're waiting on the crunching sack that sends the ploder at QB to the IR and your season goes crashing into the abyss. Eat manure and die cowpolks fan.

Ok let me get this straight.....

Beast...you suck we own

Texans...we know we suck we are young we beat your sorry ass in our 1st NFL game

Beast...ummm....derrr....uhhhh....We used to be fantastic...yeah

Texans...?

Beast...Dont get mad that I came to your house and said you suck

Texans...?

Howabout...Yeah Beast you tell them

Texans...?

Howabout...you texans are insecure

Texans...you cowgirls fans really are that stupid huh?

If you win next sunday our regular season rivalry will be tied....congrats if you catch up.

The past doesnt matter. The Texans know the formula to beating Bledsoe. Good luck with the eagles, and Jim Johnsons blitzing defense.. If u guys lose, its pathetic, because the eagles will be without Stallworth. I hope Bledsoe learns how to scramble today.. ahaha:yikes:

Guess you CANT teach an OLD DOG new tricks....so much for bledslow

Can the Texans get Jim Johnson on the phone and ask him to forward a game tape and defnsive plan to the Texans FO? Thanks, I'd appreciate it.

Its simple guys. All we have to do, is blitz, blitz, and blitz. Drew Bledsoe is a sitting duck back there in the pocket. We stop the run, and blitz, and we win the game. Heck mario will probably get another sack, thanks to the blitzes which will free him up. :mario:

I think Beast has returned to his lair for good. Can't say I didn't expect as much. I knew the Cowboys weren't ready for this game. Bledsoe's career was over when he left New England....

So pretty much if we can light a fire under our DLine cheeks for this game, we'll be doing good.

You don't have to sack Bledsoe to turn him into a quivering mass of mistakes, just pressure him and he buckles.

Called it!! hahahha

I bet he's got a bad case of bitter beer face after what McNab and the Eagles crazy D did to Leadfoot and drama queen.
Maybe you guys can start Romo against the Texans, then you can blame him for a loss to Houston.

We all know how dem boy fans are famous for excusses. :texan: :boxing: :gotexans1

Wow, way to twist some words.. First off, I stated "if anything, the Texans are insecure", obviously due to the fact Txn_Viginia called Cowboy fans insecure quite blantly.

I never said "beast you tell them", I welcomed the guy to the board.

Yeah, I'm pretty confident the Texan's pass rush won't look anything near to what the Cowboy's expirenced in Philly.. Especially considering the Cowboy's O-line has looked fine thus far, this came as a reality check. And really, I'm not afraid of the Texan's "pass rush" (if you can call it that), at all.. Not the same rush that Joseph Addai, Buckhalter, Westbrook, and Portis all ripped through. Plus, look at the kind of success Julius Jones has had this season-- 100 yarder today, 94 and over 100 the past two weeks.. And even if you do get some sort of rush next week, Sanders and Robinson stand 0 chance against a PO'ed Terry Glenn, Terrell Owens, and Pro Bowler Jason Witten.

Another thing to ponder-- even with Philly's awesome pass rush vs. Big D, the game was still epic, still went down to the wire, still wasn't decided till 30 seconds left in the game. Heck, look at last year's game vs. the Panthers.. they get 5 sacks on Bledsoe, we still come out with the W.

Lets compare....

Dallas vs philly..........................Houston vs philly

mcnabb 18-33 354 yrds 2 td.......mcnabb 24-35 314 yrds 3 td
rushing 52 2tds.........................rushing 130 0 tds
total yards 383.........................total yards 441
38 points.................................24 points

Dallas total yards 320 Houston total yards 241
24 points 10 points

Looks to me that all things are pretty equal we gave up more rushing but didnt allow 2 extra tds. I can't wait for sunday and I'm waiting to here all the cowgirls excuses on why they lost.:francis:

Yeah, and that's why you're on this board on the eve of an @$$ kicking at the hands of the eagles...real smart professor! BTW: How did that taste?

The chances of lightening stricking twice for you guys are about the same as this happening......

Another proud product of DISD...Mix in a spell check you mouth breathing momma's boy.

Oh, and congrats on being named the most crime-ridden metropolitan area in the US...I know you're real proud of that title-winning murder rate. (No doubt some former Cokeboy players contributed to that rating.)

Anybody know why H-town will never fall into the Gulf?

Because Dallas sucks!

It didn't look promising in 2002 against yall, but look what happened...

ANY GIVEN SUNDAY!

I want to see the matchup of Dunta vs. Glenn or Roy W on AJ...

Lol, I would love to Roy W on AJ, because the next thing you would see is AJ streaking past him and spiking the ball in the endzone...

Anyway, at least we know for sure following this weekends game who has the best QB in the state of Texas, right boys? Hopefully Mario will pick up where he left off and get some pressure on Bledsoe and DC will keep chucking it up for AJ. Here's to a good game and no injuries, oh, and a Texans win!

What did you give them?? 45 points??

Man I was braggin on that D of yours. How many sacks did you get?? tackles for losses??

Man we got this.

Throw the ball over Watkins head(if he's still employed). & Don't worry about the pass rush.

TO, great signing, it showed last night.

Henson was great, we got ya to bump us up 3 rounds in the draft and take a cap hit when ya cut him.

watkins was ok i thought- he made 1 mistake which was really just a nice double move by the wr- watkins should've made the tackle after though....

'superman' roy on the other hand was horrible and just kept letting guys run past him-(tip=not a good idea when you're a safety)

It's the Monday morning...

Has anyone seen the Deceased from the east??

typical Cowboy fan disappears after a loss....I hear there is a shortage of Kleenex in Dallas area Walgreens and and CVS stores...

nfl_owens_02.jpg

Be gentle on the kid. He is not old enough to know better...

But that was a pretty good game... I hated to see Drew throw that int right there at the end. Wanted the game to go into OT. No I am not a Dallas fan as per say...

I am a Houston fan that wants a Texas team to do well...

But I liked his "new nic"... LOL

Has anyone seen the Deceased from the east??

I was the first one to post on this thread right after the Cowboys lost..

TO, great signing, it showed last night.

Terrell had a bad night against a strong Philly team. He'll bounce back.. Julius Jones has finally gotten into a solid rhythmn of performance, something's got to give.

Three sacks, two fumbles forced, one returned all the way for a TD-- four turnovers in all.

The Texans are anything but at a "we got this" stage. I'd like to see the response you get on Cowboys-Forum if you were to say "the Texans have this."

For those who don't know, thunderkyss goes to the same Cowboy forum as I, with a Cowboy avatar and all.

ok dallas fans dont need to start trash talking after their o-line allowed 7 sacks.

No trash talking here, just defending my team from fans of a 2-14 team thinking they have a shot at beating the Cowboys with the original strategy of Blitzing Bledsoe! That will sure be the key to kictory.. You don't think the Redskins or the Titans thought of that great idea?

BTW, you have no room to talk.. It's the Texans who have won 3 out of their last 20 something games.. Also the butt of all jokes to boot. The Boys gave it a game against Philly, you guys laid down like always.

For those who don't know, thunderkyss goes to the same Cowboy forum as I, with a Cowboy avatar and all.

That is a lie........

I'm wearing a Texans Jersey in my Avatar........

I do have a T.O. Sig though.......

I'll be over there talking smack.... there wasn't a Texans thread till after the loss, and while I did get it on it, I didn't want to kick yall while you were down......

Glad my second favorite team pummeled the Cowgirls yesterday. Ironic that Lito came back just in time for that game.

And yet, for the past four years, this board has had literally hundreds of Dallas fans come to this board to tell us its not a rivalry. Why would they feel compelled to do this?
