2025 Senior Bowl

Membou and Savaiinaea have great size for OGs. Deone Walker is a very large football player. I'm glad Darien Porter measured at 6'2.". The 6'4" he was listed at seems too tall for a CB.

No criticism intended or impied here for either our HC or GM, but isn't identfying and securing the emloyment of our new OC & OL coachs a higher priority than attending the Senior Bowl ?
They might have already completed interviews (virtual or in person). I personally don’t mind that they’re scouting up close at one of the premier draft season events.

They can watch practice and interview coaches after practice/dinner. The Sr. Bowl and Combine are where GM's /coaches/agents meet to get hired/set parameters for FA contracts.

Bech is one of several guys I’d target on day 2.
This is my 2nd rd guy if Savion Williams isn't there at 2-59.

Fun fact, in 2021 Bech was the leading receiver on an LSU Squad that consisted of

Bech
Nabers
BTJ
Boutee

Give me this guy. He would make an awesome slot WR and can play outside too. Great hands/Contested Catch/Route runner/Hard to tackle/ good enough speed/RZ weapon.

Senior Bowl Practice Day 1

Jaylin Noel:
“From the get-go, Noel the rest of the receivers at the Senior Bowl. He could not be covered during drills, as defenders were unable to match his quickness and speed. Noel easily separated from opponents and was seamless making the deep reception. He presented himself as a legitimate vertical threat who can line up in the slot.”

Man I would be so happy with an offensive draft of

Booker, although Zabel really impressed me today.

Bech

Arroyo

Rashard Smith

Should Texans (reach) overdraft to draft the perfect system fit, or trade down (fair value)? Or take BPA with highest ceiling? That’s why Caserio makes the big bucks :poker:

Example, Gray Zabel, NDST
6'5 3/8"3169 3/8"32 1/4"6'5 5/8"

Kicks inside, for Texans could fit LG, C or RG. Early-Mid second round grade, but looks like a riser, who would be immediate starter. Would prefer to trade down, but if no tempting offers, take him #25?

I would pick him at 1-25 and be very happy.

I've still got Booker rated over him. Although it looks like Zabel has Marpet type traits.
