A couple of weeks ago, I was calling for the Texans to use that out motion by Dell. Miami and the 49ers are using that "cheat" motion. Too bad, the timing was off. Slowik only needs one player (Dell) in motion to avoid that penalty. With Dell's back to the QB, it's hard for him to see who is already set or if the ball was snapped.
