I have several times. I watched Stroud under pressure throw a horrible pass that got Marvin Harrison knocked out of the game and probably cost OSU the game.

If it is just reckless driving and racing he might survive.

Carter is being charged with reckless driving and racing. Both are misdemeanors. Carter left the scene but then returned to make statements to the police. He supposedly was racing Leroy at over 100 mph and in, some, traffic.
