The problem wasn't with Hopkins.There have been stats showing the Hopkins was not targeted more than any other WR1 on other teams. Did he force the ball to Hopkins? Yes. Sometimes. Just like every other QB with a great WR1. In fact, with DW4, Hopkins targets were decreasing and what's funny I don't recall any complaints when Hopkins was being targeted 192 times in 2015 by Hoyer, Weeden and Mallet. That's why I believe it was an agenda driven narrative to justify a bad trade.
