I believe that even in Grand Jury proceedings, the 6th Amendment still applies?[@djohn2oo8]...............the defendant is entitled to know who his accuser is. Certainly, if this is so, Watson and Hardin would already know the name of the last lawsuit's accuser. Hardin admittedly had open communications with the DA's office throughout the Grand Jury proceedings.

As a doctor, I have to post this. No one seems to be talking about the fact that when all of these secured massages from random strangers “more than a hundred times,” we were in the midst of the worse COVID period............ultra high daily death rates, no vaccines, no recognized treatments, cries for more ICU beds, cries for more ventilators for hospitals. He evidently didn't care that whenever he returned to NRG, he was potentially exposing innumerable people.......potentially many high risk personnel. No one at the time had any good procedures for tracing exposures, following up who was remotely or distantly effected, and short-term and long-term consequences of their exposures. Watson's self-gratifying behavior goes far beyond his obvious perversions, and deeply into his non concern for his friends, family, teammates, coaches, trainers.........essentially no concern for what he may be doing to his "fellow man."

Watson could end up playing football for free.
The Times’s review also showed that Watson’s conduct was enabled, knowingly or not, by the team he played for at the time, the Houston Texans, which provided the venue Watson used for some of the appointments. A team representative also furnished him with a nondisclosure agreement after a woman who is now suing him threatened online to expose his behavior.
The Browns have no cover. They got competitive in a bidding war with other teams and were only looking at on-field potential without regarding the real world implications of his situation.
Ultimately, they get what they deserve. Browns fans, on the other hand, not so much. . .unless they're blinder-wearing sycophants that defend his behavior at all costs because "you gotta support your team!".
This part is weird:

I do not recall even one shred of evidence that the Texans were complicit in any of this stuff.
As Florio has said, there is a point between 1 and 24 where Watson loses all credibility, especially as the women have provided a united front and not even one has shown the slightest signs of a shakedown.
Also interesting is that we've yet to see even one pro athlete come out and support Watson's habit of hiring this many women over a short period of time by using their own massage histories. Every pro athlete that we've heard from seems to reveal a pattern of finding one or two pro massage therapists and staying loyal because, for them, it's only about getting their bodies ready to compete and not about happy endings. This is the fundamental difference between a focused professional athlete and a rich, horny pervert.
That was pretty much universally supported by an article I previously posted regarding this subject. Also interesting is that we've yet to see even one pro athlete come out and support Watson's habit of hiring this many women over a short period of time by using their own massage histories. Just wondering if the Browns, the League and Hardin will act surprised when the next lawsuits are filed.
For someone who has no problem traveling over an hour to the A NEW U SPA, and other places.
According to an arrested warrant, Green’s ex-girlfriend accused him of entering her central Florida home and choking her last month while their two children were in another room of the house. The former couple had dated for about four years, and the girlfriend told investigators that Green accused her of seeing other men while they were broken up.

Watson just doesn't get it...............making light of all the piling up accusations, thumbing his nose as he quotes the rap lyrics "I don't reply"????? Don't worry, soon enough you will be looking to quote the classic rock lyrics " I fought the law........and the law won."
Lol, the new position for a Browns fan to watch the game on television. And what is that thing with the blue dot?
I smell a Texas AG investigation in the near future..............and likely the Feds shortly will be getting the scent of political corruption and discrimination.
What about the other one? It was two GJs in two countiesI smell a Texas AG investigation in the near future..............and likely the Feds shortly will be getting the scent of political corruption and discrimination.
The other one, the Prosecutor was also the sheriff in Brazoria county I think. No explanation other than he wore too many hats. Whereas, Buzbee states in Harris County the police told him they believed Watson did commit sexual crimes. Not good for Rusty to be meeting with the ADA in his office, or exchanging texts, etc. What about the other one? It was two GJs in two counties

He has very screwy credentials for being the DA for Brazoria County.
He is the DA for Brazoria County.
AND
He is an Angleton (County seat of Brazoria County) defense attorney and owner of The Law Office of Tom Selleck, P.C..
AND
He is the deputy sheriff for Brazoria County.
AND
He is friends with Rusty Hardin, who he invited as the guest speaker in Brazoria County a year ago at their Bar Association meeting.
No conflicts there............
Yes, however, it’s a high profile case with a lot of eyes on it. As a defense attorney you don’t want to get caught influencing/persuading an Assistant District Attorney with meetings, text messages, possible deals. Not good for the ADA, I'd say. Rusty is just doing his job the best he can.
