Jags swept by the Texans. They deserve the #1 pick.

I've waited a long time to see a screen with blocking like that. Finally a very successful wide receiver screen. Yes sir
David Culley. Averaging 33 points against the Jags. 13 points against everyone else
Takeaway is, the Jags are the dumpster fire champs.I did not watch this game (7th in a row) but when I get off work I’m looking forward to going home and reading the Takeaway Thread.
I thought they were going to score 16-18 points & we'd struggle to keep upWho said we were going to lose to the Jaguars again?
if you want to watch it, go to nfl-video.com. It should be available to watch in a couple hours.I did not watch this game (7th in a row) but when I get off work I’m looking forward to going home and reading the Takeaway Thread.

Especially considering our COVID defenseI thought they were going to score 16-18 points & we'd struggle to keep up
“I know some folks are upset the Texans lost out on the opportunity to be in #1 pick position. But the Jags were just the worst team today. Nothing we can do about that except learn how to execute just a little bit worse when it counts. A special teams td and a perfectly executed WR screen for a td just can’t happen in the dumpster fire bowl. You can’t lose against a team like the Jags with those kind of plays.”

You've been telling us that the Jaguars manage this "NFL" thing better than the Texans for 10 years. & you've been wrong for 10 years.BWAHAHAHAHA X2 Not once, but twice Texans have played themselves out of not only the #1 pick but could well be on their way to being out of the Top 5. No coincidence Texans 3 wins have come against AFC South Division opponents.
I think you've been drunk for 10 years. You've been telling us that the Jaguars manage this "NFL" thing for 10 years. & you've been wrong for 10 years.
True, but besides the pointI think you've been drunk for 10 years.
Not because of the Texans, but picks 2 thru 4 may have more value in a draft without a true #1 QB that teams cherish.“I know some folks are upset the Texans lost out on the opportunity to be in #1 pick position. That's some powerful Kool Aid right there now.Not because of the Texans, but picks 2 thru 4 may have more value in a draft without a true #1 QB that teams cherish.
I didn't say you thought the Jaguars have made no mistakes. I said you've been telling us they've made better decisions than the Texans this whole time.If you had been coherent, you would know I condemned the Jags every time they changed OC, 7 times in 5 years. I did think they had turned the corner twice, once when they hired Tom Coughlin as GM because he had X2 Super Bowls under his belt. And with Urban Meyer because he had 3 National Championship under his. So, really haven't been paying attention. You're just a babbling drunk.

To be fair.... choosing who wins between the Jags and Texans is like watching the WNBA.Who said we were going to lose to the Jaguars again?
You know every time I see your mention of Blake Bortles I know I won because you don't have anything else. You've been reduced to a discussion from 7 years ago in order to try and have some relevance. And it is kind of juvenile.. Looking back the Texans would've been so much better off had they drafted Bortles:You must be drunk.
You forgot about you love affair with Bortles.
You were Bortling on Bortles for a long time.
But you keep talking about how the Jags are better than the Texans.
First game in a long time there's still whiskey left in the bottle.

You've been reduced to a discussion from 7 years ago in order to try and have some relevance. And it is kind of juvenile.. Looking back the Texans would've been so much better off had they drafted Bortles:
In 2015 they wouldn't of had to go thru the Hoyer and Mallett carousel while Bortles had more TD passes.
In 2016 you wouldn't of had to go through that awful Osweiler fiasco, saved tons of money and draft picks too while BB had 35 TDs.
In 2017 Bortles may have been able to get the Texans to the AFC Championship game like he did the Jags. A place the Texans are not familiar.
Not to mention that Bortles 103 TDs were much more productive than Clowney's 32 sacks.
If you and the Texans had listened to me 7 years ago, you know I could have saved you 6 years of heart ache with Bill O'Brien. You were such a cheerleader. I said at the time OB would fail like the 8 Belichick assistants who went before him. Who knew my clairvoyance would've seen that Blake Bortles would've been a better option along with my advice to avoid Bill O'Brien?
I watch the WNBA sometimes and I am not afraid to admit it.To be fair.... choosing who wins between the Jags and Texans is like watching the WNBA.
Sure men may like the idea of watching women in tank tops run back and forth but in the end nobody tunes in and nobody really cares about the outcome.
Maybe if the Texans won more games that season, they would have had a lower pick... and ended up drafting Mack or your fav Bortles.
I thought they were going to score 16-18 points & we'd struggle to keep up

Still got 3 games. Lions been playing hard all year. They’re going to win another game.I really didn't want the 1st pick this yr.
Give me one of Hutchinson/Thibodeaux/Stingley/Neal and I'm happy.
Or a trade down for Hamilton/Green/Booth.
Point is all of these players are comparable and 1-1 cost more cap space than say 1-5. This should make you happy.
I bet the over! There goes the 2nd half under.

You must not watch much of the Texans 2nd half offensive adjustments. LOL
The number was 39.5…. I bet the over. I win!Maybe the Tacks wont need a week 17 win.
Thanks! But nah, I'm good. I'm going to keep my streak alive for at least a little while longer.if you want to watch it, go to nfl-video.com. It should be available to watch in a couple hours.
I would have bet the Over, too.The number was 39.5…. I bet the over. I win!![]()
