Sexual Assault Suits Against Watson

It's so beyond complicated that I find it sad that any man would claim to know a freakin' thing about it.

I don't claim to know what it's like to be sexually assaulted in any sort of way. And neither do the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of men.

But, I am willing to read and learn. Perhaps that should be a lesson for any man in this thread that claims to know what's going on in these women's heads.

Rape and sexual assault are common. So why don't we believe victims?

The bulk of the evidence is text / instagram messages between the parties , I've made the statement before that some of those are very damning for Watson. Some of them threatening , trying to clean up spilled milk and a couple where he's mocking / laughing at them .... but definitely proof that those women were truthful.

There are several cases that are much more than simply brushing his penis on them .... there are at least 2 where he forced them to perform oral sex and two others with forced penetration.

True and add in the Oily Watson and the fact that he could make or break these women's careers and I think you've got a clearer picture.

Those are the basis for two of the criminal cases , its been mentioned but significantly downplayed. I've mentioned it on several occasions.

He's admitted to sexual acts with these women and his defense is that it was consensual.

There's no need for that for "accidentally brushing up against his penis".

I absolutely believe that was an unforced error on the part of Rusty, because prosecutors will use that to show intent he wanted sex with these masseuses.

Two things:

First there is strength in numbers. Women do things in groups. Example - going to the bathroom together.

Second: How many men actually understand women? None that I know if. So how are we to understand what a woman does when they are sexually assaulted. If a man was ass raped or was forced to give a BJ to/by another man - would they want their face plastered on the news? Especially if was a famous football player like Watson?

I can see it now:

So for everyone saying they are crazy or similar. You really don't understand what they are feeling. That is a very good read, and even though I dated someone who was assaulted in high school (met her in late 20's). I don’t think I ever went as full into things as the article goes.

Yeah. That’s going to be an easy question to answer. What’s going to be harder for Watson is the prosecution tearing about the defense about him needing so many massages per year. If it were strictly massages then how did it end up in “consensual sex”? “Why did it matter what they wore?”

I don't believe so.

I think that was part of the strategy to keep him out of prison. Painting these women as loose ....

Once Watson told Harden what happened , that's pretty much the only defense. One thing led to another .... everything was consensual , according to him.

I'm going to question Jasmine about this message if this is all she told her friends after there was knowledge that Watson had forced 2 women to give him oral pleasure and forcibly raped 2 others.....what other way does forcible penetration happen?

This message was after she had him as a client. She stopped working with him. But she later tried to change her story after this text message leaked and Watson’s camp told her she needed to do damage control because they wanted to use her as a defense witness. Her credibility is shot for the defense because she did try to later say publicly “oh that’s not what I meant”

Was talking to a friend of mine this morning from Wisconsin. Big Cheeseheads so IWas ragging on them a bit and said if Rogers retires they could give us a few early round draft picks For DW. There was a video of her talking about this stuff a few months ago. She made it sound like she was talking about him jumping from one massage therapist to another to another which is why she didn't want to work with him, but referred him to a friend. And told him to be careful because most massage therapists don't like when clients do that (go to a bunch of different people).

Take it FWIW, but that's what I remember from her interview. Don't know what she meant by the last statement in that case...

She was told to do damage control. Because the text message definitely shows what she meant by it.

No she worked with Watson. Even friends with him it seems. She was being used as a defense witness by Hardin to show that he had good character. But that text message was given to the media by Buzbee. Watson’s team told her she needed to clarify that text message because it looks very bad.

Apparently she's the 1 potential victim who wasn't emboldened & outraged enough to come forward with the stories she'd heard about DW4 b/c of Hardin's comments...........She's also apparently the 1 only person DW4 was willing to pay off. What it boils down to with this dude is B/c she spoke opposite of what the alleged victims are saying she has no cred in his eyes...if she came out and said something that lines up with what is alleged, she'd have all the cred in the world.

That woman in that interview did her best not to incriminate Watson. She had to clean up what she wrote in that text. Things always gets twisted. She’s a friend of Watson, so she was trying to help the young brother out, by telling him he basically needed to slow down. She told him (in so many words) that the word on the street about him wasn’t good.

That's why i said "potential" victim...b/c if im not mistaken, she had worked with him before, or worked with him after..& i'm not so worked up about the whole thing with DW4 b/c he basically isn't a Texan anymore. But what does chap my hide is folks who act like there's only 1 possible explanation out for something. You laid a perfectly plausible explanation for what those texts could've also meant as did she in her interview. Aside from that, this djohn dude doesn't know me from his neighborhood Starbucks barrista to tell me what i am & am not. Bottom line is, He may not like it, but the alleged victims' motives and character aren't beyond being questioned. Sorry, that's just what it is in the justice system.
 
In the SI article, it was mentioned that one of the Watson's business managers claimed he was contacted by a plaintiff requesting $30K for indefinite silence. It's rarely mentioned in this thread and I don't recall reading if this is true or BS from Watson's team. Any updates on that statement?

Ok. Here is my take. I don’t care anything about the allegations, the legal points, intrigues, etc. all I know is that I would give millions$$ to settle and not have the men, women, and children of this nation know that I‘m trying to get fingers stuffed in my butt nightly. 😂 I mean doesn’t this guy have any self awareness 🤣
