After last week this should be a real offensive game for Houston. I expect to see Roughnecks open up a lot. Dragons don't have a passer and Daniels replaced Silver only because he can run a bit. If Kony Ealy was not out (shoulder), our defense would feast; now I'm unsure.

reminder for those not remembering Ealy's exit from NFL:

side note WR Sammie Coats out for RNs

RN's? Is that an acronym for a case of the RUNS?

This game might provide an opportunity for the Run-N-Shoot offense, PJ Walker and Phillips to put the term Air Raid into the same description.

Got to say I liked that they are staying aggressive but this is the second game that Roughnecks should have rolled over the other team. Either other teams are getting better, someone has figured out Jones offense or the team isn’t as good as we hope.

Still a lot of football to play but I’m worried next time we play St. Louis.

ikr IMO other teams are getting better but in the overall picture I'm not surprised. It's a new league, new rules, new teams, new players together, new first season. It would be a natural environment for things to settle in and find out what works and doesn't work. I remember that the so called experts were predicting Dallas to win the XFl. I say like how do you know what you have but speculation until they start playing on the field.

HE CAN'T DO THAT! says QB Daniels. I didn't think that defensive play would be successful with the guys looping.

Serious question is it worth doing a thread with so few of us participating?
Hey badboy thanks for your work but yes I completely understand. We are like average 1-5 posters if that. Maybe layoff few weeks see what happens. I think if they make the playoff game and of course go to the championship game maybe it will bring in more interest to posters no?
