Finally - a “signature” win on the road under BOB. Zero sacks again and played keep away from Mahomes to perfection. Kudos to all including OB.

Anyone hear about Howard yet? I usually think ACL when I see something like that but hoping for the best obviously.

Let's not forget that Hyde put up a Franklin today.

Duke would have done the same with the touches.

I like Miller, but these dudes make you forget him real quick.
I don't like Miller at all. He likes vision and instinct. You clearly see the difference with Hyde and Miller. Hyde is patient and has a feel for holes, Miller does not. He is an ok backup, but should not be the main guy.

The bridge between stupid and useless is short.
No, the score is the prisoner of the moment. Like I clearly wrote above.

The consideration is the massive amount of football left to be played and the ensuing likelihood for more scoring opportunities for both teams, kinda exactly like we saw.
Prisoner of the moment. Like then end of the 2nd quarter where they proved they couldn't stop our run game and care bear proved we couldn't trust him?

We weren't running it down their throats in the first half like we were to close the game.

And Ka'imi came back to hit two more xtra points.

Coaches will tell you to take the points early and make up late what you must. Even Belichick isn't abandoning kicking xtra points and his kicker has missed just as many of them as ours has.

Guys, we just whooped the Chiefs in their house and Watson fired the first shot in the Watson Vs. Mahomes duel. Let’s at least enjoy today and we can go back to killing each other tomorrow.

What an enjoyable, tense football game.

Too dynamic offenses going punch for punch and the good guys win in the end.

I was listening to the end of the game as I was riding into work and was screaming like an idiot when Hopkins caught that last 4th down conversion.

Back to back weeks of dynamic and effective offense. Maybe we have found the formula that works for this squad.

Big props to the commitment to the run game against a high powered opponent, and nice calls being so aggressive on 3rd and 4th down.

Go Texans!!

At the point in the game when I called for it -

If we make it, its tied.

If we miss the 2 point conversions it's still a 1 score (field goal) game.

We deliberately kicked the can down the road opting to keep losing. And no one knew at that point what would happen in the 2nd half. We WERE dominating on the last drive of the half.

I don't understand why this is complicated, but I can see your not changing your mind.

Can we agree this was ultimately a fantastic win?

Of course it's a nice win.

And I don't understand why this is so complicated for you and you refuse to listen to what I'm saying.

See how that can be done both ways?

Extra point versus going for two in first half - the deal is that there is lots more scoring coming in the second half. If the Texans would have gone for two and not made it, now they are ahead by only 5 points and that means 2 field goals takes the lead. I am in the camp that it was too early to go for two.
I feel like this is obvious..

What a great win. I called it and of course the negative nancies came out of the wood works basically telling me I was crazy, but I was right.
After a great game that the Texans could have won by even more points very easily, more negative nancies show up to complain.
Nothing is ever going to satisfy some of you no matter how well the Texans may do, so I'm just going to ignore the negative noise and enjoy what we all witnessed the last 2 weeks. Hopefully, the Texans can keep up this incredible play well into this season, and hopefully, deep into the play offs. Congratulations on a great win against a great team that is very well coached in a very tough place to play.
Go Texans!
