2019 NFL Rosters/cuts

I see that all teams must have their rosters down to their final 53 by 4pm Aug.31st.
I thought there was a date whereby they had to be trimmed down to 75? If so, I cannot find it.
Can anyone help?

I think last year they changed it to where there was only 1 roster cut instead of the old 2... or maybe this is the first year. It was discussed a bit here when the new rule came out

Changed to 1 cut date in 2017.
