And that's why pre-season is not the same game. It's not that important to have the FG unit out there getting reps trying to win pre-season games. It's just, why do we have to do this every freaking year? The wins and losses in pre-season do not matter.

Why do NFL teams charge full prices for preseason games?
Shouldn't the fans at least be charged less for a lesser product?

The way I see it. Weeden and Webb aren't good enough to be on an NFL roster. Weeden can no longer make all the proper throws down the field with any accuracy at all. Some of those sloppy incompletions he threw against the Rams I could have thrown them better myself!

Hopefully we can sign a better backup quarterback from some of these final cuts going on around the league. Pray for Deshaun Watson to stay healthy all year long, or at least long enough for that new backup quarterback to learn O'Brien's system.
 
Texans starting front 7 was pretty good yesterday. So fundamentally sound. Good to see Watt so active.

Texans offensive line was not bad around Watson yesterday. Thought they did well. Biggest issue is that the OTs are going to have to get better vs. speed rushers. Kinda heavy footed.

Last season OB and the offensive staff did a good job of slowing opposing pass rushers with motions and play fakes. Expect the same this year.

This is setting up to be a an interesting year for Ryan Griffin. He is the primary TE and if he can stay healthy in line for a career year. #Texans

#Texans have some decisions to make on the depth of their DL. Always a numbers game but Blackson, Heath, Watkins and Dunn all worthy of making the 53.

Most should be worrying how the Texans are going to replace Foreman’s production while he is coming back from injury. Not the 4th RB.
