**Official Game-Day Thread** Texans at Bengals, Thursday Sep 14, 2017!!

This is gonna be one of those seasons where we go 7-9 , 8-8, tons of injuries & not make the playoffs ......but a lot of good things will come out of it and it's gonna set us up for the next 7-8 years.

Yeah and we may be better off for it. Seems like street free agents come in and play their asses off. Did I hear that Mangold is really available?

Yeah I agree. He's got to make the transition to a pocket passer. The run threat is a great weapon, but his success will be short lived if he can't transition to a very good passer.

I really hope he does.

That was some very mild criticism you're freaking out about. Worse was written about him during the 1st half by others.

Braxton Miller was a wasted draft pick....... let's just go ahead and call it..... middle of his second season and this guy has MADE ABSOLUTELY ZERO SPLASH PLAYS...... safe to say we missed on him ....... and where the hell is Jalen Strong??? Another wasted draft pick who is making no kinda splash

You are hating. You're holding this kid to an unrealistic standard. This is his rookie season..2nd game as a pro. He's not gonna come out throwing and recognizing coverages like he's a 4th year pro...especially dealing with the handicap that is our offensive line.

You're not looking at his performance in the proper context.
 
No wide receivers to throw to who can catch and the defense knows it. They came hard on that third and short.
