**Official Game-Day Thread** Jags at Texans, Sunday Sep 10, 2017!!

I think it's worse than the inaugural season.
We have had a few. Jets was pretty embarrassing. I am not surprised with our offense. Savage is not an NFL QB.
I thought our front 7 would be better but if JJ not 100%, Clowney taking game off this is the result.

I'm not even mad about Watson turnovers this game. You expect it from a rookie QB (and the fumble isn't his fault at all).

All I'm worried about now is O'Brien "coaching" all the potential Watson has right out of him

Honestly I don't care, but I guess Romeo only because we have to have one. Then maybe we could bring in an OC with some talent.
I have blamed BO'b plenty but this poor offensive showing had more to do with the lack of an O-line and key injuries to important contributors to the offense.

We'll be going through several QBs this year with our o line. They're just horrific.
9 sacks allowed today. Need one more to hit double digits. I don't remember an O-Line being abused this much since the 2002 Houston Texans and 1989 Dallas Cowboys.

Watson will be injured because of our o line first. Or at the same time. Either way, I hate to see what happened to Carr happen to Watson. I mean, that's just all kinds of fucked up.

If you're a coaching staff and you can't make JJ Watt, Whitney Mercilus, Jadeveon Clowney, Bernardrick McKinney, etc work....you shouldn't be a coaching staff anymore.
On this we agree. Those players have done well in the past so it is not a matter of talent. It is coaching.

I know this has nothing to do with the game, but hell might as well. I found these when looking through my old things because of Harvey.

I have 12 of the Rockets stickers, and 17 packs of the Oilers "puffy stickers" :jam:

This OL looks worse than Carr's OL when he was a rookie.

History repeats itself. Meanwhile, the man responsible sits next to the owner without having to explain himself for even a second.

9 damn sacks.....their defense isn't that good.

Man, the o-line has to be feeling like **** right now. I know I'd be so damn embarrassed

Concussion for Anderson.
We ended this game with 10 sacks allowed, no tight ends and no pride among our offensive lineman. We basically allowed the Jaguars to manhandle us on both sides of the ball inside the trenches.

If I were a Texans player after this game, I'd have a meeting in the locker room, and decide to donate every one of our paychecks for this game to the Hurricane Relief efforts. That's the right move to make because nobody earned any money for this performance.

Jacksonville's defense did what our defense was supposed to do but didn't. Our defense didn't show up, and our offense couldn't, so this is what we get.

This has to be the worst performance Texans have had under BOB. Just a total embarrassment.

Ok with Watson playing as long as not injured. He still isn't ready. Cut Savage and get Weeden back. Look up Savage's college career. He did nothing. Why the hell is he in the NFL. BOB/Smith/McNair
BOB/Smith thinks they can blow smoke up our @$$ just because they do it with McNair.
Sorry we are smarter than that.
