**Official Game-Day Thread** Jags at Texans, Sunday Sep 10, 2017!!

Still gotta look back for the ball BRIAN!
If only we had a young Brian Cushing. Before two torn ACLs.
He used to fly around to the football like a beast.
He could hit, tackle and cover any back or tight end.
Those days are long gone. I just hope he's adequate this year.

That's a PI but Bouye's wasn't?
should have been illegal contact

The fact that we don't have a first or second round pick next year is still sinking in for me.

Not really how I expected. Our defensive line, which could be the best in football, our entire front seven for that matter, is getting beat by the Jags O-Line so far.

This defense looks like last year to me. They didn't really dominate games. And it took them a while to get going.

This defense isn't like some shutdown unit that allows nothing.

Time for my first "**** Matt Slauson and Jamaal Charles" of the year. Won't be the last.

Wow, I love you guys. Here I am unable to watch the game cause I have to work and you guys make it sound like Im not missing anything but a train wreck..... thanks for the support guys. (Yes, I wanna keep my head in the sand for today):fans:

Anyone notice that Bortles was "mobile"?

Moved away from the pressure rather than standing in one spot like Savage?

...or was that just me?

I don't think any of us expected Savage to be a world beater. We know there are WR issues. RB is not good, pending Foreman. TE is average, IMO. But if the OL is this bad all year, Savage and Co. are going to look spectacularly bad.

Defense is looking terrible.

This is a recipe for an ugly season.

People have this notion built up by some inexplicable narrative that we're some sort of beat 'em down, knock 'em out, make you our ***** defense.

This defense was NEVER dominant last year. The stats showed something else from reality.

Texans offense
1. No creativity in play calling
2. Weak OL
3. Best receiver can't get seperation
4. Fast receiver can't catch ball or stay healthy
5. Super stud RB isn't
6. QB is another BOB pipe dream. No mobility, indecisive, lacks poise, ....

Now most of this is on Rick Smith and BOB blowing smoke up McNairs $%&
Dude! That's called a "game plan".
