Any of yall have opinions on this guy?

You think he's got greatness in him, or do you immediately dismiss someone with a name like Taco?

No, growing up with the name Taco has got to make you tough. I give him a half round bump up for that.

I think Charlton is a base 43 end. A good one. He might grow into a 5 technique by his 2nd contract, but I wouldn't draft him as one.
 
All the ability in the world. My only big questions are his motor play-in-play-out and how he'd hold up moved in a bit handling 3-4 DE responsibilities all game.

But his size, athleticism, length, rush reptiore, and much of his tape says he could be a flat out stud. He gave arguably the best OT in this draft fits. Just a few guys I'd take in front of him at 1.25, but if it came down to it I wouldn't be bummed at all to end up with him there and opposite JJ.

FWIW when Michigan ran a 3-4 a few years ago Charlton was behind Willie Henry and Chris Wormley at DE (both NFL players). He acquitted himself against the run but his pass rush was inconsistent. The move to a 4-3 really gave him an opportunity to blossom as a pass rusher.

What kind of person would do that? No way I want this guy on the Texans. Next thing he would be lying about cheese enchiladas and we'd have to shoot him.
