fine-tuning for the playoffs

I’m fine tuning my roster for the playoffs. In one league I’m kicking ass, currently 9-1. My current QB starter is P Rivers. My current back up is M Sanchez. Looking at match ups for fantasy playoffs: Week 14 (should have a bye if I win this week), Week 15 & Week 16. Currently available QBs: RG3 and Tannehill.


Schedules:
Rivers: wk 15-Den wk 16-@ 9ers
Sanchez: wk 15-Dallas wk 16-@ Wash
RG3: wk15-@NYG wk 16- Philly
Tannehill: wk15-@NE wk16- Minn

So long story short, keep Sanchez or pick up RG3?

I'd keep you current QBs, RG3 is not consistent and Tannehill is playing well but he doesn't put up QB 1 stats in my leagues.

Here is my concern, I'm in 1st place in both my $$$ leagues but in one (PPR 14 teams) my WRs are suspect

My WRs: Eric Decker, AJ Green, Andrew Hawkins
My QBs: Andrew Luck, Phillip Rivers, Mark Sanchez (stashed to prevent QB needy teams from picking up)

So I offered in a trade:

Phillip Rivers, Ben Tate (fodder) and Eric Decker for Dez Bryant to this squad which is one game out of the last playoff spot:

QBs: Drew Stanton
WRs: Jordy Nelson, Dez Bryant, Ashlon Jeffery, Markus Wheaton, Hakeem Nix and Greg Jennings

do you start 2 WRs w a possible flex?

I would definitely package a QB for a WR. I would probably do that deal you proposed for Jeffery.

I'm assuming some one has picked up Josh Gordon. I would make a buy low offer to his owner.

We start 2 WRs, 1 RB and 2 Flex...the owner of Josh Gordon doesn't need a QB as he has Stafford and Hoyer and his WRs are Demaryius Thomas, Julian Edelman, Steve Smith Sr. He has been stashing Gordon almost all year.
