Agree, Mallett is an unknown at this point and it's silly to dismiss him outright.This isn't the only site I frequent, there are a handful here in favor of Fitz and more on another site I post. Its leaving me frustrated as a Texans fan seeing them want to keep Fitz out there and automatically dismissing Mallett as a viable starter.
But people are seeing there were other team problems that hamstrung Fitzpatrick at times, too...

No matter who is under center, offensive players needs to start doing their jobs and stop with the LOS penalties, wrong routes, missed reads, and allowing quick pressures into the QB. We've got to stop shooting ourselves in the foot.
