The defense is fine, you can't turn it over in your redzone like that twice. If they don't turn it over texans go into the 2nd half with the lead.

Depressing? Look at how many people jumped in to participate in this thread in the last three minutes.... it's like our fan base exploded. Lots of people all of a sudden has an opinion on how our Texans are doing.

Surely this is a good thing. They can help us root the Texans on in the second half.

Cushing blown coverage, manning fumble, watt offsides, arian fumble, bad play calling, fitzterrible, this team is falling apart.
 
That's all on OB. He has a QB that he can't trust to do anything so he calls A now win play with Foster vs. the entire Steeler defense and gets a fumble. TD. Then the same QB he can't trust to throw the ball throws over three guys (Hello! Shithead! Passing lane? Does your Harvard educated ass know what that is?) and suddenly it's a 14 point turnaround. WTF?

Anyone advocating the continuation of the Shitzpatrick Project is insanely stupid. That includes this head coach.
 
This team has too many sequences where they completely implode. They can recover but the fact is we stop have 3 min of collapse and we can win comfortably.

You are really going to put this on preparedness with the way this team came out this game? Is it OBrien's fault that Manning and Foster fumbled deep in the opponent's red zone?

90% of the time people post in here just to complain. It just happened that we ****ed up hardcore in the last 3 minutes so people started posting in this thread.
 
Very dissapointing. This is typical of what to expect for the rest of the season. Fitzpatrick just can't get it done no matter what team he plays for. I think at mid season with a record of 3-5 we'll see Mallet.

We need to make plays. When the traditional stuff doesn't work, it's time for some trickeration.... that's what got the Steelers back in this, that's what helped the Colts jump all over us.

Now... let's see if the Steelers can keep it up.
 
Lebeau is gonna keep blitzing unless the running game can keep us going. Can't rely on the pass.

They can come back if Fitz can hit some big plays. Foster cannot do it all. AJ and DH needs touches. Pitt D is not good and Houston made them look all world the last 3 minutes there.

Pretty much, bot of those TOs were on the Texans. Foster dropping the ball and Fitz getting it tipped...then the ball bounced off the head of a Steeler and into the hands of another steeler.

I get why people are mad, but I have faith still we can win this game. If we can come back against the Colts and the Cowboys then we can do so against the Steelers.

Yeah, they are crumbling under the Steel Curtain. I expected a good effort throughout the game. We didn't get it. With Fitz at QB, overcoming this double-digit deficit is highly unlikely. So much for hoping for a playoff team. Another year without a Super Bowl (sigh).

How did obrien not know fitzpatrick was going to stink? Did he think everybody got rid of him because he was good? And what the heck does his IQ have to do with playing football? he has always choked under pressure and he always will.

I'd say it's a lot of things, there should be fewer bone headed plays, even the in the moment plays.
