Linebacker launched in to Fitz, no f-cking call. Wtf.

Also balls was loose at the ground, we will lose this one with these chumps.

I'm surprised there wasn't a roughing the qb call on that play since they keep calling it on Watt.
 
Looked to me like Hopkins didn't get up as high as normal. The throw was to the right place and Hopkins had position. Hopkins should have caught that.

Half the guys on this board complaining about us needing to take a shot. So we do. Fitz gets decleated as he throws (because protection is awful yet again) and still gives Hopkins a chance on a jump ball which is negated by a great play by the DB.

Some of you are just determined to put the blame on Fitzpatrick regardless.

Not blaming Fitz for that one, but we need something.
 
mallet is slow as **** too so he won't be able to make any plays with his legs with this o-line.

we shoulda took bridgewater when we had the chance.

Play back that last play with Swagg..........he could not extend his elbow to get to the ball.......and then he grabbed his left arm in pain.
 
Great play by mckelvin. I didn't think it was possible to have worse QB play than Schaub but Fitzpatrick is just so effing lousy.

We want to see some stronger passes down the field, preferably with some zip on it, not a lob or jump ball. This isn't basketball and that wasn't a goal line package play. I agree with the guy who compared that interception to a punt. At least it didn't hurt us as much as the three that Fitzpatrick threw last week against the Giants. We have better field position but our defense is struggling right now.
 
This team is trash pure trash... Bills aren't even that good. We need so much help it's unbelievable. Just start all over. Too many weak players... Cushing is done.

At least the D held up on that drive. We can still win this game. Down 10-0 is nothing. The Texans receive to start the second half and can still score points before halftime.

I agree that we need something, but if you guys seriously thing Mallett is that something then I don't know what to tell you. This O-Line isn't giving anybody a chance to be successful. At least Fitz can escape and scramble. Mallett is a statue.

Not so much as me just wanting to see what Mallett is made of. Like others have said in this thread though, Mallett's not exactly mobile. He'll get smacked around with the o-line that we have.

May I ask why you hate Ryan Mallett so much? Have you seen him play much in the NFL? Nobody has for the most part. He has attempted four passes in three years in the NFL. He hasn't even played that much and you bring up stats about him throwing more INTs than completions.

if we can win with Ryan Fitzpatrick that's fine.
I'm cheering for the Texans to win no matter who's the QB.
 
It looks like we are down on talent everywhere. So much for cautious optimism. Rick Smith won't have anyone else to throw under the bus this time.

Agreed. The kid throws four passes in three years. He has to have learned something sitting on the bench behind a legend like Tom freakin' Brady. At the very least I'm intrigued to see what he can do when he's given the opportunity. For now I just hope Ryan Fitzpatrick can lead us to a TD drive. We need to win today's game.
